A lovely new 2 bedroom house with private community pool, showers and toddler pool set in gardened area. It is fully furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home with a lovely sun-terrace for alfresco dining overlooking the pool and gardens. Situated on the outskirts of the old town of Quesada (5 mins walk) with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks, medical centre and supermarkets. Also in Quesada there is an Aqua Park, Country Club (tennis), and La Marquesa Golf Club.
The old Spanish town of Guardamar is 10 minutes drive and offers excellent watersports along the blue flag sandy beaches of Guardamar. There is also the beautiful Queen Sofia Park with its botanical gardens and children's play area. There are numerous local fiestas throughout the year, and daily markets.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The region offers a wide range of sporting and leisure attractions and is situated on the edge of the Natural Park, renowned for its therapeutic Salt Lakes, mud baths, pink flamingoes and other wildlife. There are several blue flag beaches along the coastline and 5 championship golf courses within a 30 minute drive, the nearest being La Marquesa in Quesada which is only 5 mins drive from the property.

There are many local places to visit including Quesada (5 mins walk) with many shops and restaurants, the old Spanish town of Guardamar (10 mins drive) with its promenade of seafront bars/restaurants, and if you fancy a stroll why not walk through the botanical gardens in Queen Sofia Park where there is a children's play area. There is also the Water Park at Quesada which is very popular with families, and various local markets at Almoradi, Guardamar, Torrevieja, Santa Pola, San Pedro, which are well worth a visit for a spot of shopping. Not forgetting the fabulous blue flag white sandy beaches along the Guardamar coastline where many watersports are on offer.
If you wish to travel further afield, within 1 hour's drive there is the beautiful Roman coastal town of Cartagena with its fabulous marina, or the old towns of Alicante and Murcia with many historical attractions.

Conditions
£100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit payable on confirmation of booking - balance due 8 weeks before departure. Refundable breakage deposit of £100 required with payment of balance, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Please replace any small breakages, ie. glasses/crockery with similar items and inform owner on your return. Strictly No Smoking inside the property. Sorry, no pets.
