Home description

The bed and breakfast studio contains 2 single beds and is en suite. We only have the one Studio so you do not have to share breakfast or any other facility with anyone else The studio is much more than just a Bedroom, it has it's own private lounge area where you can relax and watch DVD's or Music or Read a book from our library. This ensures that you have our undevided attention at all times. There is a Living/Dining area and also Tea/Coffee making facilities. It is detatched from the main house and has it's own private patio area, ensuring complete privacy for the guests at all times. We also have a communal Swimming pool where you can relax in the sunshine. The studio is a 3 minute walk to the new shopping complex (due to be finished end September), where you will find many,many Bars and Restaurants, also we have a handfull of fine restaurants in the surrounding area ie Spanish Restaurant, French Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, Greek Restaurant and last but not least the La Perla Rocha Dutch Restaurant. and these are just 4/5 minute walk, no need to drive to any of the Restaurants, they are all on your door step. Breakfast is optional.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Set in a rural area the mountains can be seen a few killometers away, the location is famous for it's Oranges and Lemon Groves and just a few killometers away there is the wine growing area of Murcia. The Golf course is 200 yards away (not as stated 15 min walk)

Ciudad Quesada, Rojales area

There is a Market held every Wednesday in the town of Guardamar and every Thursday in the nearby village of Rojales. There are festivals throughout the year. For those who wish to travel further afield there are the resorts of Benidorm, La Manga, Alicante, and the small resorts of La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig which are south of Torrevieja. There are many historical places to visit ie. Orihuela, Murcia, Elche and numerous coastal and scenic routes to take.

How to get there

Ciudad Quesada is reached from Alicante airport or Murcia Airport, take directions to Torrevieja along the N332 and turn off at Guardamar. From Murcia take the A37 bypassing Torrevieja and turn off at Benijofar and follow the signs for La Marquesa Golf at Ciudad Quesada, it is preferable that you hire a car, but we can arrange airport pickup. We also send detailed directions upon booking.

Ideal for property inspection trips and completions, or just a holiday, or a week-end break, ideal for Golfing enthusiasts where the practice range is just on our door step. It is 4 km from the beach and there are numerous Bars and Restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance. Set in the rural area of Costa Blanca there are many towns and villages to explore.

ALL YEAR ROUND PRICE 47 EURO PER COUPLE PER NIGHT.
50 Euro for 1 night.
Full English Breakfast priced at 6 Euro each.
ie. Cornflakes, Orange Juice, Egg, Bacon, Sausage, Mushroom and Tomatoe. Toast and Marmalade. 6 Euro

Or just continental Breakfast. 5 EURO EACH
