This lovely well furnished and fully equipped 2 bedroomed airconditioned/heated holiday bunglow apartment in Quesada, which is linked detached is more of a home from home appealling to a variety of holiday makers, including families, couples, golfers and sun seekers alike. The apartment is situated within a short walk of the golf course, club house, bowls club, bars, restaurants, bank and supermarkets.
Chill out by the pool or enjoy a round or two of golf at any one of excellent local golf courses, or just soak up the rays on one of the many local blue flag beaches or explore the quaint villages and market towns only a short drive away.
Take a break from driving book a day out with Quesadas 'Rosa Tours' travel agent who run great value daily coach excursions ranging from shopping trips, Theme Parks to Sight seeing of the many historic sights and cities.
There are many international restaurants, bars in the area catering for all tastes and budgets and supermarkets, shops, banks, clubs and discos.
Some of the local attractions include, Quesada's own 18 hole & driving range golf course, crazy golf, Aqua park, nature reserves, salt lakes and bird watching, horse riding, go karting, bowling, children's play park, duck pond, quad bikes, visiting the cave houses at local Rojales, shops & garden centres, with much more.

The apartment is set in a quiet location, with great views of the distance hills and golf course and not on a main road for that relaxing holiday, but close enough to all amenities
The apartment benefits from an enclosed nearby swimming pool with children's section and scenic views . (Only shared with eleven other apartments)
The apartment overlooks the La Marquesa (Cuidad Quesada) golf course, which is a 10 min walk away and has 18 holes, a driving range, putting and club house and therefore makes it perfect for golfers and families. Also the bowls club is about 10 minute walk.
The enclosed private garden has a BBQ, a storage box that contains sun beds, garden table, chairs, washing line, pegs, parasol, children's play and beach equipment.
Communal pool located ideally for families.

Booking in advance - only £70 deposit required with the satifsfactory completed booking form, secures your holiday dates when funds have been cleared, then the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca (White coast) is renowned for its consistant warm sunny climate with approximately 300 days of sun per year. The world health organisation also states that this region is the healthiest climate to live in due to the sun and the salt lakes creating its own micro climate.
The area has some of the best beaches - Guaramar only 10 minutes car drive boasts 17 kilometres of blue flag award winning golden sand, sand dunes and the large Queen Sofia park to enjoy a quiet stroll through its botanical gardens were you find an abundance of terrapins, ducks, geese, swans and peacocks roaming round the beautifully lanscaped gardens and children's play area, in the summer months there is also a night market, tourist train ride, children's fun fair.
Also a short drive away are discos and night clubs.

Down the road at Rojales are cave houses and a shell house which are worth a visit and well as the many discos.
For the more adventurous you may want to head for the sporting activities like sailing, scuba diving and jet skiing at the marinas nautical club or other beaches.
Renowned for its therapeutic mud baths, salt lakes where there is an abundance of birds including pink flamingos and other wildlife are a bird watchers paridise.
A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch.
About a hours drive north you have Benidorm, which has many attractions including the theme park Terra Mitica and a water park Aqulandia
The lively town and beach of Torrevieja is only a 15 min drive, where you will find clubs, bars, markets, fun fairs, restaurants , 'Carrfour' hypermarket, shops,ten pin bowling ,marina and water park .
There are numerous local fiestas throughout the year and daily markets.
The area is served by two international airports (Alicante and Murcia), with very reasonable flight costs.
The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / La Marquesa Golf area
Cuidad Quesada's (La Marquesa) golf course is very popular for golfers, surrounded by gentle rolling hills, palm trees, residential area, centre with bars and restaurants could not be more ideally located.
Constructed in 1989, this eighteen hole, par 72, 5799m course was designed for competition and every day play. Before tee off you can practice on the driving range which is completely separate from the course itself.
Other nearby golf courses include Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campamor and La Finca for the budding golfer.
Quesada Bowling is well represented in the bowls community and offers 6 months, 3 months and 1 month membership a bonus for the holiday maker. The bowls green is situated near to the apartment and has stunning views over two salt lakes and the mediterranean sea, the Country club next to the bowling provides food, drink, snooker or go for a swim or just go there to enjoy the night entertainment.
A short walk from the apartment is a children's play ground and duck pond.
Short drive from the apartment is a cheap day out , at Quesada's Aqua park (open in the summer months), and Rojales cave houses.
Guardamar hosts many attractions, festivals, night markets, fun fairs, beaches, shops....
Don't fancy driving, then there are many day trips that can be booked at very cheap prices from the local tour operator shop "Rosa Tours" near the arches in Quesada, which include sight seeing at Alicante, Murcia, Cartegena, Caravacca, to shopping trips or to Theme parks.
Horse riding, go karting, crazy golf etc are also available locally.

Great holiday, recommend, as apartment clean, well equipped with good views and location.
2nd time at this apartment as great location for golfing, a relaxing holiday, is well equipped and owners have a very good English Speaking Agent on the community, who do meet & greet and airport pickups for a small extra charge who we found very helpful. Area has great restaraunts at very reasonable prices, recommend the Esmeralda chinese by the golf club €4 for a 3 course lunch with a drink.
Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely clean and well presented home, we had a great relaxing time. We loved the views of the distance mountains sitting outside on your patio. Hope in be in touch again soon to book Spain or your Turkish apartment in Altinkum.

All prices are for the apartment and includes electricity (excessive use of air conditioning or extra bedding used will be charged as extra), water, bed linen and bath towels. Please supply your own beach towels.
A £70 (non-refundable in the event of a cancellation) reservation deposit secures a booking
balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. There is also a refundable £90 key/damages deposit refunded within 2 weeks after departure or when the keys are returned.
End of stay cleaning charge of €60 (Euros) based on 4 people is payable locally.
If you have a larger party I can arrange the rental of another similar apartment within two mins walk away
Extra cleans can be arranged at the time of booking for an additional €60 paid locally.
Airport pick ups & Meet & Greet can be arranged payable locally.

The changeover times can be flexible, (but generally out by 10am in at 2pm), so you can book your flights to suit you, but will be subject to availabilty.
