A beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with large secure rear garden. Extensively furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning in all rooms. An ideal holiday home for couples and families who have small children. From the patio you will see the sun rise in the morning and in the distance the town of La Mata.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca means the 'White Coast' in Spanish and has miles upon miles of lovely sandy beaches. The area is rated by the World Health Organisation as having a fantastic climate making it a fantastic holiday destination all year round. The winters are lovely and mild - perfect for escaping grey winters at home and the summers are nice warm, but not too hot that it is unbearable.
The Costa Blanca is full of typical Spanish towns and villages to explore with narrow winding streets, sheltered by the Crevillente mountain range and complemented by the fantastic blue of the Mediterranean sea and the white sand. Sample the local delicacies in bars and restaurants and sit back and relax!...
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa area
Quesada is nestled between Guardamar and Torrevieja and has a cosmopoliatan and friendly atmosphere. It has all the amenties you could wish for all within easy reach. Shops, banks, restaurants and bars are all there for you, along with an Aqua Park, and Country Club with swimming pool. For golfing enthusiasts there is also a Championship golf course, and currently 12 in total within 35 minutes. Guardamar is a beautiful Spanish seaside resort with miles of Blue Flag beaches.
If you are looking for a busier and larger resort, Torrevieja is just short drive away, and Benidorm about an hour.
How to get there
From Alicante airport, travel South along the N332, passing Santa Pola and Guardamar-del-Segura, as you pass Guardamar on your left, go directly accross the roundabout (well noted for having 1 Palm Tree), as you travel up the hill as you travel towards Torrevieja, take the first turning to the right signposted "Montesinos", approximately 5 miles along this road you will see "Red Euromarina" flags and the La-Laguna Hotel. Turn right and continue to the 2nd roundabout. Directly in front of you to the right is the "Jessica Community"
From Murcia airport take the Motorway North (AP7), you will travel through a tunnel and pass through 2 Toll Gates. Exit the AP7 at junction 745, prior to exiting you will see the La Laguna hotel, to our right a large "QSD" sign can be seen, you are now minutes from the Apartment.
