This modern two bedroom apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
From the roof solarium you can top up your tan and enjoy the stunning views over the salt lake at La Mata and the sea in the distance.Their are sun lounges and parasols for sunbathing and dining table and chairs for alfresco dining their is a smaller terrace off the lounge ideal for watching the world go by. The apartment all so benefits from it own well kept communal pool and gardens. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets ,are just a short two minute walk from the apartment. La Marquesa golf course which is suitable for all level of golfers is a ten minute drive as are the wonderful beaches at Guardamar.The town of Quesada with all its bars restaurants shops banks pharmacy and medical facilities is a five minute drive or a twenty minute stroll.Local bars restaurent and supermarket a two minute walk.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca boasts an average of 320 days sunshine a year which makes it an ideal holiday destination. The World Health Organisation rates this area of the Costa Blanca as one of the healthiest places in the world, due to the climate and salt lakes. Temperatures average between 12-10C in the Winter and 24-38C in the Summer. There are a number of Blue Flag beaches in the area and plenty of Golf Courses for the golf enthusiast. Situated on the Costa Blanca about 35 to 40 minutes drive south of Alicante. Ciudad Quesada is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and an attractive location for golfers. Quesada village itself offers a very good choice of restaurants, shops and banks, a pharmacy, medical centre and an excellent choice of bars. The nearest typically Spanish village of Rojales is just a five minute drive and has a large indoor market offering fresh fish, meat and vegetables. The larger coastal towns of Guardamar & Torrevieja are only 10/15 minutes by car. Here you can relax on wonderful sandy beaches or enjoy fabulous parades at fiesta times.

Renowned for its blue skies, sunshine, white sandy beaches and some of the most dramatic mountain ranges in Europe, sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine, Spain simply has it all. Nearer to home, Guardamar being the nearest to Quesada, only a ten minute drive, but boasts 14 km of white sandy blue flag beaches, with safe waters for swimming and water sports. The busy and vibrant town of Quesada lies just ten miles away from the large bustling town of Torrevieja which has a fantastic variety of bars, restaurants, shops and has a lovely seaside promenade and marina, with an excellent night time market. But you have Quesada town on your doorstep with shops, bars, restaurants, golf course and its own water park. Alicante and Murcia airports are 30 and 40 km respectively. If you are a golfer nearby you will find many beautiful and high quality golf courses such as, La Marquesa, La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Alicante, El Plantio and Bonalba, to name but a few. The local water parks at Quesada and Torrevieja, are ideal for all the family and are open every day during the Summer months. An hour away you will find the ever popular Benidorm with hundreds of exciting attractions, including the magnificent Terra Mitica theme park. Quesada is a perfect town in many ways, not only for holidays but long term visits, especially winter breaks

Fly to Alicante or Murcia airports all low cost air lines fly to these destinations Car hire is available at the air port of your choice try www.allinclusivecarhire.com alternatively pick up and drop off can be arranged at a extra charge. Drive time is approximately 30 minutes to the apartment from either airport the motorway link is excellent. Driving directions will be sent to you prior to your departure.

A £100 refundable damage/breakages deposit will be required with your final payment and will be returned once the keys are returned and no damage or breakages has been reported.

Breakages i.e cups. plates, glasses can be purchased locally to match the originals.
