The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This wonderful area has many safe white sandy beaches, most of them displaying the Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety. Traditional Spanish villages with their weekly markets add a splash of colour, an excellent selection of championship Golf Courses, great shops and restaurants make the region an excellent place to stay. Thousand and thousands of trees are bursting with fruit in the orange and lemon groves and this locality is known as the market garden of Europe. Flamingos and other exotic birds can often be seen on the large lakes. Costa Blanca has a very low rainfall and the sun shines almost all year round. The remarkably dry climate makes it one of the World's healthiest places to live according to the World Health Organisation.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / La Marquesa Golf area
Cuidad Quesada has a spectacular 18 hole Golf Course, which the apartment overlooks and where non-members are welcome. Within walking distance or a 2 minute drive are the local shops, supermarket, international restaurants and bars, take away, bank, internet cafe etc. A 10 minute drive will get you to the town centre of Quesada where there are lots of restaurants, banks, hairdressers, boutiques, medical centres and chemists. Guardamar with its tree lined promenade and boasting 11 kilometres of golden unspoilt and un-crowded beaches, restaurants & bistros featuring spectacular seafood and local specialities, is also just 10 minutes away. Rojales, 5 minutes by car is a typical unspoilt Spanish town, with winding narrow streets, tapas bars & shops. Traditional fiestas are an important part of life in the region, and almost every weekend there is a celebration somewhere. Nearby, as well as Golf, you can also enjoy Watersports, Horse Riding, Aqua Parks, Go Karts, Casino, bird watching etc. while Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm is less than an hour away. With so many bargain priced resale properties on the market these days, why not use our apartment as a base and make an INDEPENDANT VIEWING TRIP to the area. It's ideally positioned to access the whole of Costa Blanca.
How to get there
Regular cheap flights are available all year round to Alicante or Murcia (each approx 30 mins drive away) with budget airlines including Flybe; Ryan Air; Easy Jet, BA Connect; Monarch, BMI Baby; Thompson-Fly; as well as charter airlines using "Flight only" options.
Competitive car rentals are available from a number of "collect from Airport" companies including carjet.com and holidayautos.co.uk.
Alternatively, Airport pick up service can be organised at a reasonable cost. We can recommend a reliable company upon request.
You could also use an airport transfer service then hire a car locally or just use taxis throughout your stay.

Further details outdoors: The best of both worlds, this first floor apartment is probably unique in Quesada as it not only has the large roof top solarium with it's wonderful views and SUN ALL DAY LONG (weather permitting obviously), but also has a private garden with gas BBQ, table, seating, flower bed and swing, making this home feel more like a small villa. It's part of a small development of only 26 apartments, arranged in a semi-detached format, with our apartment being an end one. The superb 14m x 8m (plus children's' section) pool is just a mere 50m stroll away, directly accessed from the rear of the property. It is quite secluded and secure as only residents have keys and as there are not many apartments sharing, the pool rarely gets crowded. The La Marquesa Clubhouse and course are a 15 minute walk away and non-members are welcome. The area consists entirely of 2 storey apartments and villas... so you won't find tall tower blocks here! For larger parties, we can put you in touch with the owners of a similar property a few doors away. Please note. This area has some quite steep hills...hence the great views.

Conditions
A deposit of £50 is required upon booking, with the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before stay. Also we require a refundable damage/breakage bond of £100. This bond will be refunded within 1 week of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

No hidden charges. Rates INCLUDE fresh towels, bed linen and cleaning of apartment. Use of air con, heating, satellite TV, pool, electricity, water, BBQ etc. etc. all included.
Please note, we prefer to let the apartment for a minimum of one week, therefore the minimum rental charged is equal to one week even if staying for less.
REDUCTION of approx £45 PER WEEK for second and subsequent complete weeks...PLEASE ASK.
Deposit of £50 required at time of booking. Refundable bond of £100 payable when balance is due i.e. 6 weeks before first night of stay. Payment can be made by CHEQUE or BACS transfer. We can also accept PayPal but there is a small extra cost involved for this.

Had a lovely holiday in Quesada, we thought your apartment was superb.I knew we were going to have a good holiday when Kerri walked in, she had a big grin on her face and said wow this is lovely! We found Quesada very relaxing and peacefull.Your key holder John was very helpful and informative. Jayne spent many an hour on your rooftop solarium reading her books under the gazebo. Had some lovely days out in the local Spanish villages and the girls enjoyed the water park and Guardamar beach.
