Our Villa is situated overlooking the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, and has uninterrupted views down the valley with the mountains in the distance.
The villa is only 10 minutes by car to the nearest beaches at Guardamar. It is within walking distance of the Clubhouse, restaurants, bars and supermarket etc.
The Villa is built to a high standard and had one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. There is also another large bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a utility room with washing machine. There is a large lounge and dining area. The property also has a solarium and a large terrace, to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks/meals. On Quesada theres a Water Park, only 5 mins by car from Villa , its 10 euros for Adults and 8 Euros Children for all day theres lots of water slides a large pool , sun beds and a Restuartant for lunch or take your own. There is a pool at La Laguna Hotel and spa for which a small fee is charged. There is also another Hotel pool close by which is approx 4 euros all day including sun loungers
The town of Torrevieja is a lively bubbling resort and is only 15 minutes away by car. It has numerous restaurants bars and clubs as well as a lovely promenade for walking. The area benefits from the salt lakes which are a haven for wildlife and boasts one of the healthiest areas in the world. Cable T.V.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca boasts an average of 320 days sunshine a year which makes it an ideal holiday destination. The World Health Organisation rates this area of the Costa Blanca as one of the healthiest places in the world, due to the climate and salt lakes. Temperatures average between 12-10C in the Winter and 24-38C in the Summer. There are a number of Blue Flag beaches in the area and plenty of Golf Courses for the golf enthusiast. There is a pool at the hotel El Corazon 2 mins by car, a small fee of 2 Euros 50 cent ie approx £1-75p is charge for all day including sun lounger, they have a Restaurant/ Tapas Bar, Tennis , bowling and live music . Theres also a pool at Largoona Hotel 5 mins by car ( small fee req ) .
Quesada Quesada is a 25 minute drive either from Alicante or Murcia Airport. Quesada is situated on the edge of a Natural park with therapeutic salt lakes. It has its own water park with an Olympic size swimming pool and its own golf course. There are four other championship golf courses within a 20 minute drive, La Finca, Campoamor, Vilamartin and Las Ramblas. There are a number of established restaurants and bars in Quesada, in the main Village and in different areas of the community close to the residencials. There is a 4 * Hotel/Spa where you can enjoy a full or half day of pampering or enjoy an a la carte meal for that special occasion. There are plenty of shops in the village and all services i.e. banks, dentist, medical centre, English butcher, petrol station. There are markets every day of the week, in the surrounding areas. There are numerous fiestas around the region throughout the year. The Spanish towns of Rojales and Benejofar are close by. You are only a 5 min drive to the A P7 MOTORWAY which goes north towards Valencia or south towards Almeria.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / La Marquesa Golf area
Torrevieja - is less than 10 minutes drive and has large stretches of blue flag beaches. This too has a water park, a funfair and a large marina. There is a daily market. This bustling town has a number of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Guadamar - is a 10 minute drive and has excellent sporting facilities at the Marina's nautical club. Guadamar boasts 11kms of dunes and sandy beaches. There is the Queen Sofia Park to enjoy a stroll through its botanical gardens and see the terrapins, ducks, geese, swans and peacocks. There are plenty of bars and restaurants. Elche - is a 20 minute drive away and is surrounded by palm trees. Places of interest are the botanical gardens and muncipal park, also the safari park is a good day out for the children. Benidorm - is an hours drive away where you can find the adventure parks, Terra Mitica and Seaworld. Alicante or Murcia City are less than 45 minutes drive and are worth a day trip for shopping or sight-seeing
How to get there
From Alicante take motorway signed Cartagene for about 30 miles till you see Torrevieja Norte, this is where you exit on to the road signed Torrevieja at the first roundabout which is less than a mile turn left and after a 100 yards you will see a arch entrance with Cuidad Quesada above it . Go straight on till you see the sign for golf, just keep following signs for golf till you come to the golf clubhouse, go past and a little way you will come to a T Juntion, turn right and go about 500yards and you will see the property on the left, before you start to go up a hill. THE PROPERTY IS RIGHT OPPOSITE THE 5TH GREEN . You can also land at Murcia its about the same distance to property and come off at torrevieja Norte the same . Both airports have budget fights

Further details indoors: As you can see from the photographs the property is in pristine condition. It has stunning views over the golf course which you can only appreciate by being there. Great terrace for breakfast, evening drinks and meals should you wish to cook, but if not there are plenty of restaurants bars and supermarket within walking distance. The villa is in an extremely quite position. Ideal for relaxation. Roof Terrace ideal for sun bathing.

A small well behaved dog is allowed. Stickly no smoking except on balcony. Refundable breakage/damage deposit of £100 payable with final balance which is due 8 weeks before occupancy. This deposit is refundable 2 weeks after departure. (subject to satisfacory inspection of the property) £100 deposit to secure your booking. This is non-refundable. Cleaning charge £35 payable with final balance.
