Shops,banks,bars & restaurants are within 5 minutes stroll and the La Marquesa golf course and the Aqua Park are also on the complex. 4 more championship courses are within half an hour's drive. Lively Torrevieja with its bustling promenade, night market stalls, sea food restaurants, bars & clubs is only 15km and Blue Flag beaches the best on the costas 7km. Alicante/Murcia airport 25 minutes.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Valencia is the home of paella, and this area has white sandy beaches, with the mountains rolling away to the sea. The city of Valencia blends Roman and Gothic architecture with ultra-modern constructions, and is an increasingly popular destination. The city is set upon the Costa del Azahar, quieter than the Costa Blanca to the south, with vast stretches of orange groves and sandy beaches.

Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Quesada centre area

Ciudad Quesada, Rojales boasts its very own excellent 18 hole golf course and clubhouse ‘La Marquesa. There are many other courses in the vicinity and some are championship standard, such as 'La Finca', future venue for the Ryder Cup. As well as being a golfers paradise, there are plenty of other activities here so that the holiday villas and apartments of Quesada are rarely empty.

Quesada has many shops,banks,bars, restaurants, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, dentists all within a short walk across the park.

Car is not necessary, only if you want to go to the beach, beaches are the best on the costas. Taxi's & Buses are available in the town centre.

Aqua Park open from June, July & August only a short walk, take a picnic, great for a whole day out. Then come back and relax around the pool and enjoy a BBQ and a few glasses of wine to complete the day.

How to get there

The villa is approx 25 minutes from Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) Airport, taxi's are always available at airport, or car hire. Taxi from airport is 40euros each way.

Main villa is not rented out, villa be empty when apartment is occupied so you will have the pool and gardens to enjoy to yourselves. Very secure and private not overlooked. Wonderful views from the terrace of the mountains and salt lakes. July/August is Fiesta time, there is a firework display in the park which can be watched from the terrace.

Beautiful landscaped gardens with palms, fruit trees and BBQ with seating area, illuminated private swimming pool, undercover parking and plenty of sitting areas under shade. Secluded and safe not overlooked. Four sun loungers and recliners around the pool and sun umbrellas.

Price is for apartment. The whole Villa is not rented out.
Including in the price is air-conditioning/heating, maid service at the end of your let., no extra charges are added.
Baby equipment cots etc., I can arrange hire at reasonable prices.

PLEASE NOTE: When booking flights, arrivals at the apartment not before 3 o'clock and departures before 12 o'clock to allow for cleaning (unless otherwise agreed). It's important to get the departure flight times right, otherwise you could be spending a long time at the airport and that's not much fun and could ruin a good holiday!!

Bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday during the June,July & August, more flexible other times, a deposit of £50 will secure your booking, remainder of payment is 8 weeks prior to holiday, also £100 property deposit which is returnable within 14 days after satisfactory inspection. Reduced rates over 2 weeks bookings.

A deposit of £50 will secure your booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

Plus a £100 property deposit (which is refundable) in case of any damage caused during your stay.

I just wanted to tell you what a lovely week we had at the villa. When we arrived late, the Villa, gardens & pool were immaculate, we were impressed. My daughters love the pool, swimming at night is wonderfully exciting when you are four! The fruit trees were also a novelty, loved picking lemons & squeezing them on our prawns of the BBQ. Thanks again, I wish I was there now, to escape this rain. Julie & family
