Modern detached 3 bedroom villa in the Atalaya area of Quesada with private swimming pool close to Aquapark.NOW FEATURES FREE WI-FI . A 10 - 15 Minute walk to the town centre. Sleeping 6-8 people furnished to a very high standard .The villa also benefits from air conditioning/heating and has TV featuring favourite British channels including bbc channels, Itv channels, Channels 4 & 5 amongst others, . The villa and location are perfect for both family or golfing holidays.

The villa is furnished to a high standard giving you all the home comforts you could possibly need.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room .A private terrace leads from the bedroom which is perfect for breakfast or just some private quiet time to soak up the sun. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms a family bathroom a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with a double sofa bed. As mentioned the property benefits from air conditioning/heating. The property also benefits from Wi Fi which we offer free of charge. Internet service can be unreliable in Spain which is why we do not charge for the service . To date we have had no issues but feel it is only fair to advise in advance incase of connectivity problems.

There is a private Swimming pool with roman steps 8x4 meters in size . A large sun terrace with sun loungers for lazing by the pool. Patio furniture perfect for dining Al fresco . There is also a barbecue .

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its warm climate and blue waters. The nearby Las Salinas (salt flats that date back to the 12th century) draw moisture from the air making a unique dry micro climate. The area adjacent to the salt lakes is a nature reserve. The Costa Blanca boasts over 320 days of sunshine each year attracting sun worshippers, golfers along with water sports enthusiasts. Its Blue Flag beaches vary from long stretches of fine sand to undiscovered bays with rugged cliffs and secluded sand dunes.

Nearby Ciudad Quesada you will find the bustling town of Torrevieja which boasts a blue flag beach. It is a popular resort and is surrounded by two natural water lagoons, home to a variety of wildlife and flamingos. It also boasts a large marina , a water park, a palm lined promenade with spectacular fountains, a good selection of shops, restaurants & bars. traditional evening markets as well as flamboyant local fiestas add to the town's charm. The town caters for all the family with many activities available which include swimming, snorkeling and horse riding.
GUARDAMAR
The picturesque town of Guardamar is only 9km from Quesada and has an amazing 11km stretch of blue flag beach. There is also a tree lined promenade with a choice of several bars and restaurants , perfect for a family day out to the beach.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Atalayas area

The villa is located in the Atalaya area of Ciudad Quesada South Costa Blanca. Both Alicante and Murcia airports are approximately 30 minutes drive.
Quesada boasts its own golf course(La Marquesa). Villamartin, Las Rambalas, the championship course La Finca and Royal Campoamor courses are all within a 20 minute drive.
Quesada has its own Aqua Park which is less than 5 minutes from the villa.(open June - September) Other facilities in Quesada include a country club , tennis courts as well as many other activities. The town centre is approx 10-15 minute walk where you will find all the facilities you would expect to find in a small town . These include several shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and medical centre.

“Outstanding family friendly villa” Villa - Very well equipped, spacious, secure, air con in most rooms, very clean and tidy. Plenty of room for the entire family including our 5 month old baby and his travel cot. Outside - Quiet location, lovely views, easy access to shops and restaurants, great pool and patio area. Communications - Excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Meet and greet / care takers - Pete and Jan were on hand whenever needed since they only live next door. They are a very friendly and approachable couple. Overall - Will definitely come again!!!!!

“Excellent villa that has everything you need, and in a great location” This was our second visit to this villa in as many years. Villa was excellent, just like last year. Because we had stayed last year it really felt like we were going to our own holiday home in the sun because we knew our surroundings so well and the villa didn't disappoint. The villa had everything we needed, is still in excellent condition and is in a great location. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The walk is quite hilly but my 7 and 4 year olds managed it most nights. You are also only a short drive from supermarkets, beautiful beaches, other towns with restaurants and numerous water parks so you have everything you need. The private pool area and the pool itself is a massive plus, the person who maintains the villa was as helpful as ever and we had great weather throughout. Another brilliant holiday in 'Casa Destinations' and we hope to return soon. Quesada is a lovely quiet town with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and excellent food and drink. You are also only 30 mins drive from Alicante airport.

“the perfect villa for a family holiday” this villa is perfect for a family holiday. it is very private but you are not too secluded. the private pool is ideal for allowing the children freedom to play and enjoy themselves. the villa itself has everything you would need. fully equiped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, air-con,2 bathrooms, tv,washing machine etc. you are only a 5 min walk into town where you will find all the bars and restuarants. the supermarket is 2 mins away. cant think of anything this villa is lacking. modern and well maintained. spottless every time i have been.

“Relaxing holiday ten out of ten” This villa was very well equipped, with the focus being on comfort. The villa is very clean, home from home. We relaxed so much which is what holidays are all about. The satellite TV has many chanels to choose from. We ventured into the local village during the day, a few bars and eateries, but as the villa was so comfortable, we bbq'd in the evenings and sat on the terrace with our drinks. The local supermarket is only 8 minutes walk away ( on the flat) and was very reasonable, wines and beers especially cheap. We especially loved the fact we were private and the pool was all ours! No fighting for sun beds! We are already saving up to return - wonderful holiday!
