An ideal location for a family holiday, the villa offers a peaceful, south facing aspect, with outside patio dining area and private, first floor sun terrace to top up that tan! Situated on Rojales Hill between C. Quesada and the typical Spanish town of Rojales, the villa is a great base to explore the Spanish coastline, countryside, mountains & Salt Lakes National Park area. The area is also a golfers' paradise with several championship courses within a short distance by car. The European Blue Flag awarded beach of Guardamar is a mere 15 minutes drive away & the main coastal town of Torrevieja, 20 minutes - on the way are several major supermarkets and stores and the new 'Habeneras' retail centre is a must for the discerning shopper. Locally, there are weekly street markets, banks, bars, international restaurants and a walkable aquapark (Open May to October). Why not relax in and around the quiet, private community pool? The villa benefits from being accessible from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airports - both 35 to 40 minutes away. The villa property manager will be available to 'meet & greet' and our tourist information pack is crammed with 'what to do & where t go' ideas.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Ciudad Quesada is a 30 - 40 minute walk away with a bustling main street of shops, bars, banks & restaurants. In high season, the town is very busy on most days and comes to life even more in the evening - never-the less, there is a great atmosphere and a good mix of holiday makers and local residents from the surrounding urbanizations.
Closer to the villa - a mere 10 minute stroll away - is the typical Spanish town of Rojales. Local, as well as international, bars and restaurants can be found here, as well as the weekly street market. Rojales epitomises the family orientated culture amongst the Spanish - they certainly love their firework fiestas and you can consider yourself unlucky if you don't experience one!

Both Alicante & Murcia airports are serviced by most budget airlines, including Jet2, Ryanair & Easyjet.

The villa is almost exactly in-between both Spanish airports, which are a 35 to 40 minute drive away after landing. www.dickmannsrentacar.com is useful for pre booking your car to pick up from the airport.

On booking, directions to a pre-arranged meeting point with the villa caretaker is provided, for your final onward journey.

The villa is tastefully furnished and lounge/dining facilities cater for a maximum of six people. On the ground floor is a furnished, light & airy lounge/dining area with central ceiling fan and open marble staircase leading to the master bedroom, sun terrace & bathroom. The dining area leads to a fully fitted, compact kitchen with electric oven & hob, washer, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and central ceiling fans and a fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower & screen, vanity unit, toilet & bidet. The first floor master double bedroom, has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and leads to the private sun terrace through sliding patio doors. Next to the bedroom is the 2nd bathroom, complete with bath, shower & screen, bidet, toilet & vanity unit.

Externally, there is a patio dining area under the shady pergola, with table and chairs seating 6 people - there is also a robust parasol, offering further protection from the sun.

The garden is neat and tidy with potted palm trees and colourful flowering shrubs and plants - immature citrus trees are also planted.
