About the home

The property is less than a 100 metres walk away from the communal pool, there is also a bar with internet-access. A car is recommended as the shops, restaurants and bars are a 5 minute drive away in Cuidad Quesada. There are numerous " blue flag " beaches, Guardamar, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few.

Living room with a dining area with table and chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a 3 seater sofa, dresser, coffee table, TV and DVD player.

The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. Utility room with washing machine. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Master Bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets and fan.

2nd Bedroom with twin beds, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets and fan.

3rd bedroom with twin beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, fan.

Front porch with table and chairs, garden and roof terrace with sun loungers. Large Communal pool within 3 minute walk with a baby pool for our younger guests to use.

Close by and well within five minute drive you will find Quesada with Supermarket bars, restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays - again within 5 minute drive of this villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Our villa in Lo Crispin are all within an easy drive of Murcia and Alicante Airport.
Just a 30 minute drive from Murcia Airport and 35 minutes from Alicante Airport, Lo Crispin is superb for exploring the costa blanca and the surrounding area.

There is a local weekly market on Sunday, within 5 minute drive away where you can buy a wide variety of products from shoes to fresh friut

The beautiful beaches and year round sunshine that this area offers will only add to your enjoyment making Lo Crispin holiday a special one.

There is a one off 65 euro linen/final clean fee.

Prices shown are for rental of the property per week. On booking, a 20% deposit is required with the balance due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

A security fee is also payable when you pay your final balance. It will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period by bank transfer. This security fee is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings or excessive cleaning after your departure. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The villa will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and you can order a mid clean and linen change on a weekly basis.

Payment via direct bank transfer is preferred, but payment is also possible via £ cheque or paypal (allowing you to pay by credit card). All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit.

For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable.

Internet dongle, cot and highchair hire are also available.
