Short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. 30 minute drive to beach, Ideally located for several golfing complexes, Air-conditioning unit in lounge/kitchen, as well as gas heaters for winter months. DVD player and TV for DVD’s. Fully fitted kitchen.
Private gardens with sun loungers and a Private covered veranda. Villa is fully alarmed and has full use of fully equipped barbecue area opposite, as well as portable barbecue on site. Carport adjoined with secure gate.

Inside there is a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances included. There is an air-conditioning unit in the front room that keeps the lounge and kitchen cool. The air-con unit also heats the room in the winter months as well as gas heaters.
The villa is fully alarmed with windows fully lockable for added security. The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes with ample space for storage. The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and the main family bathroom is fully fitted with a washing machine.

There is a covered car port adjoining the villa with a secured gated driveway. Secure gardens with orange and lemon trees, as well as patio area with sun-loungers provided.
There is a covered veranda with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining, as well as a secured gate leading to a patio area and 2 pools.
One of the pools is a paddling pool for young children to use and the other is a full swimming pool. Shower area for use before swimming commences. The whole urbanization is securely gated for added peace of mind.

A non refundable deposit of £100.00 required at time of booking.
The balance together with a £100 refundable breakage & key deposit payable 6 weeks before arrival. The breakage & key deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure and return of keys.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The centre of Ciudad Quesada is a 15 minute walk to a list of shops bars and restaurants for your pleasure. Villa AJ is a lovely holiday ‘casa’ located in the southern Costa Blanca near the village of Benijofar, inland approx. a 25-minute drive to Torrevieja, the coast, beaches, shopping, bars, clubs etc.
Further up the coast you will find Guadamar for a beautiful 10 miles of sandy beaches. A car is essential and within a 5 minute drive are supermarkets, shops in Quesada and Rojales.
The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Benijofar / Benimar area
La Finca golf complex, which has a hotel and spa complex adjoining it, is trying to obtain entry into the Ryder Cup venues and is a 5km walk or drive.
Quesada waterpark is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the villa with a great selection of slides for the brave right down to the very mild.

I find it strange, that somebody has recorded a review on 29th March 2012, when my wife and I were there ???? All I would say is this, the Villa accomodation and general facilities were Great, although the adverisement failed to say that the TV was not connected to any satellite and until I did it, was not connected to the DVD player, so all that was available was old DVDs (I suppose it would not matter in the summer with warm nights, but in the winter when its really cold at night, you miss the TV a bit, even if it had just Freeview it would have been Ok, but not even that) There were no instructions for the use of the Air Condioner, Cooker, Boiler so you have to work it out for yourself. I know we went in the Spring (Chilly nights) but if you do not have a Car the shops, Supermarkets and facilities are not a stroll (unless you have legs like Seb Coe) but are a good ten minute drive away, the nearest bar was about 1/2 mile walk and was closed Monday and Tuesday and then only open limited hours, there are no shops on the urbanisation I know every holiday has its dramas, but finding out at night, that the Can opener does not work, the Gas bottle in the mobile heater has run out, its very cold outside and all you can watch is a DVD of Michael Caine when he was about 15 years old, makes it a holiday to remember !!!!!!! I would like to say that the Communications with one of the owners was good, but best if I say I sent several Text messages and only received 2 replies, should tell you volumes, especially the last one we received saying " I am on holiday now, but I will speak to a friend of a Friend" which was very frustrating, no help and nothing heard since, so if you have any questions, ask before you book, because you have no chance afterwards as there is no local contact. I know this review goes to the owner first, (who because I had a grievance offered me a discount on a future holiday, which I declined) may decide not to publish this, however I have a copy and will publish it on Facebook if necessary Response: Thanks for your feedback on Trip Advisor We are always keen to recieve feedback to improve the overall Holiday experience of our property. We are sorry that it wasn't as you expected but we do think the description was a fair representation of the TV situation and the overall resort location and services. The comments provided by Rita G during your visit were for a previous period in May 2011 so nothing strange their. Your comments of locating instructions for various amenities in the Villa have been taken on board and we hope to address this and the TV facilities for future holiday makers.
