This is a new luxury 2 bedroom villa, completed in August 2006, within the Dona Pepa 2 urbanisation of Quesada, Spain. The property is opposite the private grassed areas & communal pool & there is also a toddler pool. There are 3 terraced areas/balcony, which at any time of day the sun is over one or more so you can either enjoy the sun or shady area, at any time, whichever you prefer. The main bedroom has French doors which opens onto a spacious balcony where you can sit & relax & watch the sun go down. Each terrace/balcony is equipped with table & chairs for a relaxing holiday & there are also sun loungers. Downstairs comprises of front & back terrace, lounge/diner, toilet with WC and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs comprises of a large bedroom leading to balcony, bathroom with corner bath & shower, & a twin bedroom. In walking distance there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants, Hotel/Spa & shops

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca boasts an average of 320 days sunshine a year which makes it an ideal holiday destination. The World Health Organisation rates this area of the Costa Blanca as one of the healthiest places in the world, due to the climate and salt lakes. Temperatures average between 12-10C in the Winter and 24-38C in the Summer. There are a number of Blue Flag beaches in the area and plenty of Golf Courses for the golf enthusiast.
Torrevieja - is less than 10 minutes drive and has large stretches of blue flag beaches. This too has a water park, a funfair and a large marina. There is a daily market. This bustling town has a number of bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
Guardamar - is a 5 minute drive and has excellent sporting facilities at the Marina's nautical club. Guadamar boasts 11kms of dunes and sandy beaches. There is the Queen Sofia Park to enjoy a stroll through its botanical gardens and see the terrapins, ducks, geese, swans and peacocks. There are plenty of bars and restaurants.
Elche - is a 20 minute drive away and is surrounded by palm trees. Places of interest are the botanical gardens and muncipal park, also the safari park is a good day out for the children.
Benidorm - is an hours drive away where you can find the adventure parks, Terra Mitica and Seaworld.
Alicante or Murcia City are less than 45 minutes drive and are worth a day trip for shopping or sight-seeing.
Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa 2 area
Quesada is a 25 minute drive either from Alicante or Murcia Airport. Quesada is situated on the edge of a Natural park with therapeutic salt lakes. It has its own water park with an Olympic size swimming pool and its own golf course. There are four other championship golf courses within a 20 minute drive, La Finca, Campoamor, Vilamartin and Las Ramblas. There are a number of established restaurants and bars in Quesada, in the main Village and in different areas of the community close to the residencials.
There is a 4 * Hotel/Spa where you can enjoy a full or half day of pampering or enjoy an a la carte meal for that special occasion. There are plenty of shops in the village and all services i.e. banks, dentist, medical centre, English butcher, petrol station. There are markets every day of the week, in the surrounding areas. There are numerous fiestas around the region throughout the year. The Spanish towns of Rojales and Benejofar are close by.
How to get there
The villa is approx 25 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport, and can be reached from either airport either on the AP7 motorway or N332 Coastal Road. The property is less than 1km from junction 745 of the AP7. Cheap flights from all over the UK are available from Easy Jet, BMI Baby, Flybe, Thomsonfly and Jet2be. Further details indoors: The kitchen is fully equipped and is like home from home. The washing machine is in a utility room, next to the kitchen. There are 4 dining room chairs and a further 2 fold up chairs if required. Outside terrace - poolside - has table and seating for 6 people. There is an LCD television with satellite TV in the lounge and also an LCD portable with satellite TV in the main bedroom. The villa has cold/hot air-conditioning which has separate controls and thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. All bedding and towels are provided except for beach towels. No smoking in the villa, please restrict any smoking to the outside terraces. We are also able to get in any nursery equipment, big and small, that may be required at small extra cost - Please send requirements with enquiry.
There is a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the lounge to sleep the 5th and 6th persons.
There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the main bedroom also has a safe and LCD television with satellite TV.
Upstairs there is a luxury bathroom with a corner bath and overhead Shower. Downstairs there is a toilet with handbasin.

Shorter term rentals are available - please enquire with dates for rates. Discount will be given for longer rentals. A deposit of 20% is payable upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A £100 security deposit is payable with the final balance in case of damage or breakages. This will be returned within 2 weeks after your stay after an inspection by the key holder. There is a meet and greet service whereby our keyholder will meet you at the property with the keys. Car hire, welcome pack or airport collection can be arranged on request. Also for that special occasion flowers, champagne etc can be ordered for your arrival. Golf can be prebooked. 35 euros is payable upon arrival to the keyholder for cleaning of the property and laundry on your departure. From January 2007 credit card bookings can be taken for final balances or full payments ( a small charge to cover costs may apply).
