Quesada village with plentiful bars, restaurants and retail is a 20mins walk / 2 minute drive. La Marquesqa Golf Club is a 5 mins drive, plus 4 other Championship golf courses within 20 mins drive. Beaches at Guardamar,Campomar ,& La Mata 10 mins drive away . Torrevieja centre 10 minutes drive. All easily accessible with transport.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Situated about 30 mins from Alicante on the Costa Blanca South. The region has many fabulous and unspoilt beaches nearby and virtual year round sunshine. Regarded as one of the healthiest places in the world to live due to climate and nearby salt lakes. Quesada is a very laid back area, ideal for relaxing in. For the more energetic there are many attractions within easy reach like water parks, horse riding & especially golf as there are 5 course within 20 mins travel. For those who want to travel & explore there is Benidorm (45 mins drive), Murcia (historic city), Cartagena (old roman city), and even Valencia (2 hours drive by car) to name but a few.

How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Murcia airports. Approx 30 mins drive from both. From Alicante, take N-332 coast road or N-340 (A-7) towards Cartegena. From Murcia take either the N-332 or A7 towards Alicante.

Weekly charge includes water,electricity,linen,towels (NOT inc beach towels) A laundry / cleaning charge up to 85 euros (dependent upon number of persons in the house) is payable direct to key holder upon collection of keys/ arrival at the house. A £100 deposit PER WEEK is required to secure any booking, with balances due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Full payment required within an 8 week arrival date window. A £100 refundable damage deposit will also be required, refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection. Further information or queries welcome by telephone or email.
