Recently built property in a quiet relaxing residential location, within close distance to all amenities.
3 bedroom house sleeps 6 comfortably, having 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Air-conditioned, fully furnished, All general linen provided (guests MUST bring own beach towels). TV / DVD. Communal pool (adjacent to house). Supermarkets and Bank for money exchange, a few minutes walk away.
Nearest restaurants & bars within a 3 min walk . Quesada village with plentiful bars, restaurants and retail is a 20mins walk / 2 minute drive.
La Marquesqa Golf Club is a 5 mins drive, with 4 other Championship golf courses within a 20 mins drive.
Beaches at Guardamar,Campomar ,& La Mata 10 mins drive away . Torrevieja centre 10 minutes drive.
All easily accessible with transport.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Situated about 30 mins from Alicante or Murcia airports, on the Costa Blanca South. The region has many fabulous and unspoilt beaches nearby and virtual year round sunshine. Regarded as one of the healthiest places in the world to live due to climate and nearby salt lakes. Quesada is a very laid back area, ideal for relaxing in. For the more energetic there are many attractions within easy reach like water parks, horse riding & especially golf as there are 5 course within 20 mins travel. For those who want to travel & explore there is Benidorm (45 mins drive), Murcia (historic city), Cartagena (old roman city), and even Valencia (2 hours drive by car) to name but a few.

Fly to either Alicante or Murcia airports. Property is approx 30 mins drive from both.
From Alicante, take N-332 coast road or N-340 (A-7) towards Cartegena.
From Murcia take either the N-332 or A7 towards Alicante. Full instructions available from owner.

Car hire available from airport, pre-book via Internet or can be pre -booked via the house owner, through the keyholder in Spain.
Airport pick-up service can also be arranged if required, through the keyholder.
The internet also has links to airport transfers in that area.

Weekly charge includes water,electricity,linen,towels (does NOT inc beach towels).
A laundry / cleaning charge starts from 35 euros (dependent upon number of persons in the house) iand is payable directly to key holder upon collection of keys / arrival at the house.
A £100 deposit PER WEEK is required to secure any booking, with balances due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Full payment required within an 8 week arrival date window.
A further £100 refundable damage deposit will also be required, refundable within 2 weeks of holiday completion date, subject to satisfactory property inspection.
