Has a spacious open plan lounge,diner/kitchen with ceiling fan. Two bedrooms one with double bed and the other with twin beds, there are floor fans in each room. The bathroom has bath with shower over,a wash basin, toilet and bidet and has ample towels for bath, hand washing and beach.

The apartment has a private entrance with a gate and steps leading to the balcony and front door. the balcony has a table 4 chairs and parasol. The garden area is paved with an assortment of shrubs and bushes, there is also a parasol providing shelter from the sun. A shed holds sun loungers ,beach chairs and sun shade, barbecue, golf clubs and two surf boards which are all available for use
Further details
Rental dates are flexible and is available for long weekends short mid week breaks or longer holidays. Transport can be arranged from the airport which is only 30mns drive away. There will be a one off payment of 50 euros for final cleaning and laundry.A starter pack of basic groceries can be ordered if required.

Non returnable £25 deposit required with completed booking form together with £50 pounds returnable damage waiver the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure

The area has a dry micro climate with a low rainfall and an average mid day temp of 75 F.It enjoys one of the best climates in Spain with around 330 days of sun per year. The region is noted for its warm Mediterranean waters and sandy beaches, stunning mountain scenery and quaint villages and is noted for its numerous orange and lemon groves.
The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Buena Vista Golf VIII area
The apartment is situated within walking distance of Rojales, a typical Spanish town with the river Segura running through it. It boasts a very active weekly market every Thursday and has many bars and restaurants including
English, Spanish, Chinese and Indian. It is only a short drive to many places of interest including Elche and Orihuela.
There is a large festival in Rojales with a parade during July and another weekend festival in May.
