Why not book our well furnished and equipped apartment, containing all you need for a relaxing holiday, overlooking La Marquesa golf course. An ideal holiday rental for beach lovers, golfers, walkers, etc. This apartment comfortably sleeps four (with a possible six), consisting of large living area with open plan kitchen and patio doors from the lounge opening onto a private balcony. Steps lead up to a large private rooftop solarium. Two spacious bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin - built in wardrobes in both, bathroom, lounge/dining room. Aircon in main bedroom. You can see the community pool from your balcony and the apartment is only 10 minutes walk away from the local amenities; bars, restaurants, golf club, driving range, large supermarket, night club, handy takeaway.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This region is renouned for its sandy beaches, world renouned golf courses, but if you are not into golf, there are many pleasant walks in the area, with stunning views of the Crevillente mountains and in the fertile plains are lemon and orange groves. The nearest local seaside town is Guardamar - walk on the promenade and stop for a glass of sangria or tapas.

Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / La Marquesa Golf area

Quesada is near to Rojales, a typical Spanish town and nearby Benijofar and Orihuela, local markets are held 7 days a week in various locations. Rojales is just a walk away where you will find nightlife in the local discos, or for a more leisurely atmosphere, take your pick of local friendly bars/restaurants. An aqua park is nearby, providing entertainment for everyone, but the apartment pool is a convenient option if you wish to top up your tan! There is something for everyone.

How to get there

Fly into Alicante or Murcia airports, both only 25 mins from apartment - direct simple routes. Transport can be arranged to pick you up and return. Recommend car hire by Aeroautos at www.aeroautos.net.
Cheap flights can be booked via - Easy Jet, BMI Baby, Ryanair, Jet2, Monarch, etc. Recommend Skyscanner.net for comparison flights.
