About the home

This lovely 3 bed 2 bath property represents first class spacious accommodation set in a very pretty gated communal area. It is fully furnished to a high standard. And quality beds for your comfort a real home from home.
There is also a very nice communal pool and well maintained gardened area.
Hot and cold air conditioning ( A must in the summer months ) as well as ceiling fans in all rooms.
There is one king size, one double, and 2 single beds.
This is a wonderful place for relaxing and a peaceful retreat for families and couples, yet centrally located for all amenities and for exploring surrounding areas.
Quesada town is a 5min drive away, with all shops, banks ,bars and restaurants.
The area is a haven for those wishing to play golf. There are 4 championship courses within a 20 min drive.

A fee of 70 euros is required for cleaning and payable to house keeper on arrival please.
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is required 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday..
A £200 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the house within 2 weeks of departure.
Please report any damage to our housekeeper, as small breakages can be replaced with similar items locally

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales / Dona Pepa 2 area

Quesada is between Guardamar and Torrevieja and has developed into a cosmopolitan up market rural area in the last 30 years,and has all amenities on its doorstep. It has its own Aqua Park and Country Club with swimming pool and a championship golf course, as well as shops bars and restaurants on the ''buzzing high street''.
There is also a luxury Spa Hotel well worth a visit.

“Excellent, clean, good value for money, a really Lovely townhouse.” The house is really clean and well equipped. Really helpful owner and neighbours. Would definately recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As states in ad a car is recommended.

We have just returned from a relaxing holiday in your lovely home. What can I say, thankyou so much for letting myself, my husband and the two children stay there. The house is a spacous clean and extremely well equipped home. The rooms are clean and with lots of space, no need to take coat hangers as these are there in plenty. Both my husband and myself have very stressfull jobs and this house was the perfect setting to unwind, the pool is only around the corner for the children so they were able to come and go as they please and as the community is gated it is a very safe enviroment for them. The pool was never too busy so to take a dip and enjoy the surroundings was a pleasure. The only thing I would deffinately reccomend would be to hire a car so the area can be fully appreciated and places can be visited easily. I would have no qualms about returning to this house as it was a home from home. the neighbours are also on hand for advice or help an assett when it is your first visit. We had a fantastic stay at this house. It is perfect for families & the most important thing for me was the cleanliness of not only the house (absolutely spotless), but also the complex. June & Maurice (next door) were so helpful & friendly.
The house was excellently equipped, especially loved the gas bbq.
We look forward to staying again.

"Dale, Lesley, Hannah (one family) and Mandie, Alan and Ruben (2) (one family).
All stayed in this superb house. We knew the house style and layout as its
identical to my parents who live nearby. Spacious accommodation. All you need
for a fantastic holiday. Exceptionally clean and tidy and very well equipped
including the much needed Air Con. Pool areas wonderful. Would definitely use
this house again. Close enough to shops, Town centre and only a short drive to
nearest beach. July 08

A fantastic villa bright, spacious, spotless with all nessasary amenities, the neighbours were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was also lovely and clean and ideaI for relaxing and sun bathing. Car hire is a must to be able to take advantage of all the local beaches, restaurants and markets. I would recommend this property to anyone june

"We have just returned from staying here for a 10 day break and found the
property to be excellently equipped and furnished. It really is a 'home from
home'. Wonderful beds and pillows, sounds like something you should expect,
but having worked over 20 years in the hotel industry myself, believe me some
are horendous. The house is in a gated complex with a beautiful pool and grass
area just around the corner from the house which we used daily as the sun was
rather hot at approx 35 each day!
Would not hesitate to go back to this house or area which offers a great flat
environment which was a blessing as I had elderley parents and a baby in a
buggy to walk within our party and the owners were very accommodating regarding
