Only 10 minute drive to 8 miles of white sandy beaches at Guardamar and Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, two salt-lakes with Europe's best healing climate (rheumatism, asthma, skin). Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea) and hiking in the mountains.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 30 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 25 minutes drive. The La Marquesa Golf course is only about 5 minutes drive from the villa and 4 more Championship Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland.
The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

Just a 5-minute walk from this property you will find a well-stocked supermarket and bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.
La Marquesa golf course this is a par 72, 18-hole course is also just 10-minute drive from this property. The next closest (10 minutes) course is La Finca, where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open. Within 15 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

The villa was absolutately Brilliant. The pool was a really good size and clean, Great location for the restaurants. The villa was clean. I would stay in this villa again. Overall a fab holiday and there were definitely more plus points
