Detached villa (sleeps 10), furnished to a high standard and exceptionally well equipped. Situated within a 5-minute walk of the main town centre of Ciudad Quesada with its restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets and medical centre. Tennis courts and a playground for children are also within walking distance.

This Villa is ideally situated in a nice residential area with all the comforts of home. Detached villa on a 1000sq-metre plot with a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool and a large sun terrace. Only 10 minute drive to 8 miles of white sandy beaches at Guardamar and Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, two salt-lakes with Europe's best healing climate (rheumatism, asthma, skin). Trips to Alicante (promenade), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (roman settlement), Mar Menor (inland sea) and hiking in the mountains.

The lounge area is furnished with a 3 piece leather suite consisting of 3 - seater settee and 2 armchairs, side board and coffee table satellite TV with 30 UK channels and DVD player, video and Playstation.

Fully equipped kitchen and features a range of luxury built-in units cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water softener 4-ring gas cooker with oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, Iron, orange squeezer. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

The Swimming Pool is 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps. Poolside shower. Attractive garden with nespers, orange and lemon trees. Purpose built barbecue and stone dining table and seats. Steps at the side of the villa leading up to the rooftop solarium with good views over the nearby lake. Car port.

La Marquesa golf course this is a par 72, 18-hole course is also just 10-minute drive from this property. The next closest (10 minutes) course is La Finca, where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open. Within 15 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland.

The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

The villa was absolutately Brilliant. The pool was a really good size and clean, Great location for the restaurants. The villa was clean. I would stay in this villa again. Overall a fab holiday and there were definitely more plus points
