The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Two Aqua parks with water chutes, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 30 minutes drive. 1 Championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive and 4 more only 10 minute drive from this Villa. The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday. At the side of the Villa is a park area were the children can play and you can enjoy a barbecue and meet new friends Communal swimming pool with children's paddling pool and within a ten minute drive you have the choice of five golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.
La Marquesa golf course this is a par 72, 18-hole course is also just 10-minute drive from this property. The next closest course is La Finca, where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open.

In the main area of this Air Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with a large L shaped sofa, TV including UK channels, CD player and DVD player, two ceiling fans.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect
Also Air Conditioned Bedroom which is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan. Furnished to the highest quality.

There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 60 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available
