Situated in the lovely town of Ciudad Quesada, this well presented villa boasts a south facing position and is well furnished and equipped to suit any length of stay. With 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the villa is air conditioned in every room and has UK satellite TV services installed to ensure that you have all the comforts of home.

The communal pool is just around the corner and the main town of Ciudad Quesada is full of lively bars and restaurants. With several high quality golf courses within a short drive and the blue flag beaches of Guardamar just 10 minutes away, this villa will provide you with everything you need for a superb vacation.

This is a modern 3 Bed/2 Bath Villa benefiting from a Private Communal Pool with showers and Toddler pool in landscaped area. The Villa is fully furnished to a high standard and offers all the comforts of home. Air conditioning throughout provides comfortable living whatever the weather with facility to heat as well as cool. In the lounge/diner you will find a widescreen TV with satellite Receiver offering a combination of English and Spanish stations. Radio. A two seat and three seat Settee’s plus dining table and chairs.

There is a separate fully equipped Kitchen with Oven, Hob, Extractor, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.
On the 1st Floor the Double Bedroom has fitted wardrobes and en suite Bathroom. Double Patio Doors lead out onto the sun terrace equipped with table and chairs and two loungers. A large umbrella is also provided for when you have had enough sun if that is possible!
The other two twin bedrooms are on the ground floor together with the Second fully equipped Bathroom, Lounge/Diner and Kitchen . Both Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of draws.

Further details outdoors:
Outside you will find a Sun Terrace fully equipped with garden furniture consisting of large table and six chairs for that outdoor dining experience under a large umbrella if required plus two sun loungers.

Booking conditions as follows.

Deposit consists of 25% of rental fee plus refundable breakages deposit of 250 euros to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Departure clean and linen charges are payable locally to the Property Management and service company. Departure clean is 60 euros with towels and linen charged at 10 euros per person.

Arrival at 16.00 and departure by 10.00 unless otherwise agreed.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year-round sunshine.Temperatures reaching 35 C, on a regular basis. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine each year. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15C.

The coastline line is a great place to live, it has facilities that match the most sophisticated cities and regions in Europe. The whole area is a golfers paradise with many courses to International standard, La Manga being just one of them.

There are many places of interest, Alicante a city were people fly into but rarely visit.
The city has beautiful tree lined boulevards,many sophisticated shops, a wonderful mariner and many great Tapas Bars.

The Castillo Santa Barbara, which is the castle at one end of the city built centuries ago to fend off the invading Moors. Murcia the old Spanish Baroque City. The Historic city of Cartagena. Throughout the ages many foreign armies have occupied the city, the Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians and Romans.

Locally the old town of Guadamar with it's weekly street market, Tapas Bars, Restaurants, and superb blue flag beaches. The Costa Blancas (White Coast) favoured for holiday homes and second homes by the Spanish themselves offers healthy Mediterranean climate and all year round sunshine fanned by cooling sea breezes.

Whatever your interests the Costa Blanca has everything you could wish for.

The Ciudad Quesada, Rojales area

Quesada - renowned for its blue skies, sunshine, white sandy beaches just 10 minutes away and some of the most dramatic mountain ranges in Europe, sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine, Spain simply has it all. Nearer to home, the beaches of Guardamar being the nearest to Quesada, only a ten minute drive, but boasting 14 km of white sandy blue flag beaches, with safe waters for swimming and water sports.

The busy and vibrant town of Quesada lies just ten miles away from the large bustling town of Torrevieja which has a fantastic variety of bars, restaurants, shops and has a lovely seaside promenade and marina, with an excellent night time market. But you have Quesada town on your doorstep with shops, bars, restaurants, golf course and its own water park. Alicante and Murcia airports are 30 and 40 km respectively. If you are a golfer nearby you will find many beautiful and high quality golf courses such as, La Marquesa, La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Alicante, El Plantio and Bonalba, to name but a few.

The local water parks at Quesada and Torrevieja, are ideal for all the family and are open every day during the Summer months. An hour away you will find the ever popular Benidorm with hundreds of exciting attractions, including the magnificent Terra Mitica theme park. Quesada is a perfect town in many ways, not only for holidays but long term visits, especially winter breaks.
