A high quality privately owned second family home, fully furnished, air conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All cooking equipment, crockery, bedding/linen and towels are provided.
The master bedroom with en-suite has a queen size double bed. In addition to the sleeping accommodation listed, a travel cot is also provided.
There is a media room with 50 inch screen.

Located in a quiet semi-rural cul-de-sac with other brand new exclusive properties. There are well kept playgrounds for the use of children in the immediate area.
The property has a double garage and additional parking for 2 cars.
The property has a covered alfresco area equipped with barbecue, table and chairs. The 7.8m x 3.7m solar heated outdoor pool is fenced off for safety.
The Queensland region
South Queensland is sub-tropical, with year round sun. Hottest in Dec/Jan, coolest in July/Aug. Most rain falls in the hottest months.
The house is within easy reach of all main attractions. The spectacular glasshouse mountains and Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo are only 30 mins away. The Gold Coast & Surfer's Paradise is 55 mins away, with Sea World, Wet & Wild, Dreamworld, Movieworld, Australian Outback Spectacular etc.
The Sunshine coast with it's great beaches and swimming is 45 mins north, with Bribie Island nature reserve around the same time.
There are lots of good quality golf courses in the region.
THE HOUSE AND GEOGRAPHICAL AREA, ALL ATTRACTIONS AND TRAVEL TO THEM HAVE BEEN UNAFFECTED BY THE RECENT BRISBANE FLOODS.
City of Brisbane
Brisbane with all its attractions & nightlife is only 30 mins away by car, or from Narangba railway station, just 1Km down the road. Narangba station has been newly renovated, with extended parking area, but is within easy walking distance.
The major town of Burpengary is 5 mins away by car, with all main shopping, commerce and services.
Narangba village, within walking distance, has local shops and a bakery.

"Great home, good value"
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It's spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, having access to the internet is a bonus and very useful. The pool was great to hop into at the end of a busy day.
Location: It's situated on a quiet street with a park just up the road for children. It is a 15 plus minute walk to the train station and small group of shops (supermarket, news agent, post office, bakery, butcher etc), note, the bakery at these shops is excellent! Other larger shopping centres are only a 15 minute drive away. Being located between Brisbane and the Sunshine coast makes exploring the northern side of Brisbane easy. If, however, you wish to go to the theme parks, they are on the other side of Brisbane and about 1 1/2 hour drive away, in the afternoon the drive is even longer due to traffic, the freeway/motorway gets very congested. You really do need a car, however, you need a car to get anywhere in Australia!
There are stairs in this home, not many, however, if you are travelling with someone who has mobility issues, it may not be suitable.
We love this house and will definitely use it again, it's reasonably priced and well maintained.

"Brilliant location, brilliant house!"
My husband and i rented this house for 3 weeks during our wedding/honeymoon. The location was perfect, house had everything that was required and pool was lovely. We got so used to the area & felt so at home that we didn't want to leave :) We will 100% rent this property again.
