Our fully furnished, sunny, airconditioned, modern two bedroom apartment in South Brisbane with two bathrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious living area, and two lovely balconies to enjoy. Main balcony has 6 seater table and chairs. High speed fibre optic wifi is available.
It is on the 5th floor (with lift) of a 7 storey complex of 29 individual apartments with a one (1) secure carpark in the basement under the building for a single vehicle (high 4x4s have clearance)
All towels and linens are provided. Washing machine and clothes line are part of the apartment.
There is one secure car parking space.
The apartment is a private dwelling and is NOT part of a hotel complex. There is no check in desk or reception.
The apartment accommodates 4 people only and is best suited for a couple and two singles. There is no sleeping of extra guests on the sofa. Baby cots are not provided.
There is no triple or quadruple sharing of rooms.
Price per night is will not be discounted so please don't ask.
There is a $250 cash bond required upon check in. This is for keys, security fob and housekeeping/cleaning fees. $100 will be refunded upon exit if keys/fob are returned and apartment is left clean and tidy.
Check in (2pm) Check Out (10am) STRICT. If guests require early check in or late check out - additional day MUST be booked.
Airport collection and drop off may be arranged, please ask. $50 each way cash. Taxi is $65 approximately depending upon traffic.

Situated between elcletic, multicultural West End and buzzy, vibrant South Bank, South Brisbane offers you a great base to explore everything that Brisbane has to offer in terms of restaurants, events, shopping, the river, boardboards, markets, cultural events, and you like, you can even walk to Suncorp Stadium for those all important ball games! Nothing is too far!
Just about all major medical and educational institutions are within a stone's throw or a very short bus ride from the Cultural Centre transit stop 300m from the apartment.
Within 1 kilometre you will find every type of cuisine style - from funky to top end, from cafe to white linen, from casual to classy, plus a number of supermarkets for home catering.
South Brisbane is 700m walk straight into the Queen Street Mall in the middle of the CBD. Just a hop, skip and jump from Jupiter's Casino, there is plenty of nightlife for those who are seeking it WITHOUT an expensive cab ride home
If you want to explore dynamic nightlife and Chinatown in Fortitude Valley, the City Glider Bus which runs all night on the weekends and until 1am other nights, runs between there and West End stopping at the Cultural Centre for you to walk 300m home!!
