The E 45 motor way, not far from the villa, will take you easily visit the south part of Umbria, while driving through the roads that follow the hills you will have the chance to see gorgeous panorama while reaching place like Arezzo through the SS73. where the railways station, on the line Roma-Florence, is perfect to reach the major cities. The railway stations of Trestina (10km) and Città di Castello(15km) reachable also by bus are ideal to move oneself inside the region. The location is easily reachable by the super way A1 ( exit Arezzo) or with motor way E45 ( from north or south – Exit Sansepolcro).

Further details indoors: Il Palazzino is on two floors. The main entrance is situated on the same side of the house as the parking space. From the main entrance one leads into the spacious dining room with open space kitchen, also on this floor is a service bathroom with washing machine and a dining room with fireplace and satellite TV. From the French doors in the kitchen and the dining room one can access the two wooden pergolas. From the living room, there is a stone staircase which leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The internal furnishings are extremely comfortable and practical and all the windows are fitted with mosquitoes screens.
Further details outdoors: The property has a garden of about 2000 m² completely cultivated in lawn, flowers and secular trees, the main garden extends to the side of the property where the pool is located. Two wooden pergolas covered in ivy provides ample shaded area for guests to dine outdoors

TERMS OF PAYMENT: - 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00. - 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.
BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY: In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
