The villa is located very close to the lovely Umbrian hilltop town of St. Maria Tiberina only 10 minutes away, and has been divided into 3 separate properties of which two are let on a permanent basis. The third apartment is being let to holiday makers. Apart from these two neighbours the villa is very private, and the swimming pool is for the use of the holiday apartment only. The villa is situated in lovely umbrian countryside, with stunning views over St. Maria Tiberina and the surrounding countryside. The apartment is situated on the upper two floors of the villa with master bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen on the first level and a further double bedroom, bathroom and pretty sitting room on the upper level. The apartment is close to a local village, with several smaller towns in close proximity. Ideally located for sightseeing in Umbria and Tuscany with Cittą di Castello only 10 minutes drive away. Very pretty surroundings with private pool, terrace for eating and lounging.

The Umbria region
The very pretty hill top town of St. Maria Tiberina is visible from the property and only 10 minutes drive away. Cittą di Castello which hosts several music festivals during the summer months and houses the contemporary art museum of 'Burri' 15 minutes drive away. Anghiari and Sansepolcro in Tuscany only 20 minutes away. The wonderful town of Arezzo made famous in the film 'Life is beautiful' 40 minutes drive and the fabulous town of Perugia only 45 minutes away. Lake Trasimeno and the Etruscan town of Cortona also near by. Lots of fantastic places in both Umbria and Tuscany to discover being right on the Tuscan/Umbrian border.
Citta Di Castello area
Ideally situated in the countryside with fantastic views and close proximity to experiencing the beautiful surroundings when you are bored of lounging by the pool. Worth mentioning is also that all throughout the summer months Umbria and Tuscany host several fantastic music festivals starting with Umbria Jazz in Perugia in June.
