The open plan living area of this home has floor to ceiling glass windows giving a completely uninterrupted view out onto the lake. It's mesmerising to watch flocks of swans float gracefully across the water as well as geese, ducks and herons to name a few of the birds that socialise on the lake right in front of you. 5 bedrooms - 3 have en suite bathrooms. 3 double bedrooms ( sleeping 6 adults ) and 2 bedrooms with triple bunkbeds. Both bunkbedrooms can accommodate 3 children as they have an additional pull out under frame with mattress ( sleeping 6 children ). The guest bedroom on the third floor has a bespoke gallery to take advantage of the view onto Clear Lake. The property is glass fronted and exquisitely decorated. As part of The Nine, ( an exclusive and separately gated part of Lower Mill Estate) the house has a private heated outdoor swimming pool with gym and sauna situated approximately 30 ft away the front door. You are also free to use the award winning Artspa for stress free indulgence. The Artspa has an indoor, outdoor and eco-pool, as well as a treatment rooms. Otters View also has a Boat Store with canoes and row boats which are available for guests to use. There are superb water parks a few miles from the estate and Cotswold Water Park and Beach is two minutes away. In the area there are many local events to enjoy: festivals, markets, exhibitions and country fairs. A farm shop on the Estate offers produce sourced from the local area. Cirencester, just 5 miles away, is the closest market town and nearby Kemble Station offers a train service, one hour 15 minutes to London Paddington.
2 of the 5 bedrooms have triple bunk beds and the 3 double rooms have luxurious Harrods beds with memory foam mattresses. If you're looking for a restful break, the comfort of these beds alone make it worth the stay, you'll find it hard to leave them! Its so important to get a good nights sleep in order to recharge your batteries when you go away and for me, I can't do that in a cheap uncomfortable bed.... the quality of the beds in this property enhance the relaxing experience of the house and it's incredible surroundings.

Part of The Nine, an exclusive gated community within Lower Mill Estate, the house is a stunning five bedroom home with breathtaking views across Somerford Lagoon. Sitting room and dining room are full length glass fronted and all can be opened up to open up entire front of house! Master bedroom has full length glass windows opening onto own balcony offering you the opportunity to either enjoy the views from your bed. Also grand guest room on 3rd floor is glass fronted with chimney heater on balcony.
Decorated to exceptional standards, it is also well equipped with Sky, DVD player, entertainment system and many games consoles including Nintendo Wii. Wi-fi is available at a charge paid to Cotswolds Wi-fi.
Air conditioning is built into the house downstairs and also in the master bedroom - the system usually works perfectly well, however, it is not included as a facility in the house as from time to time the system has jammed and failed - if this happens for any reason, no refunds or discounts will be issued. There is a large free standing air conditioning unit at the house, plus a couple of fans.

We have a gated patio area at the front. aspect over looking the stunning lake. Access to lake over bridge, via lawns where you can sit and play. The private out door heated pool area is quite literally a few steps from the front door, with a glass fronted gym and sauna.

The rental property is a non-smoking property and absolutely no pets are allowed. Members of the owners family have severe asthma and allergies.
The rental property is fully equipped and furnished with the rental of bed and bath linen included in the price.
To access the Spa the tenant will need take proof of booking to the Reception Desk where they will issue an entry card on receipt of a £25 refundable deposit.
A £500 security deposit it payable when booking. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of vacation of the property providing there is no damage caused to the property during your stay. At the end of the rental period the tenant should leave the property in similar condition to that in which it was found.
Any additional cleaning costs incurred by the Advertiser may be passed on to the Tenant at their sole discretion.
Renters are required to complete a booking form which will be sent by the owner after the booking has taken place.
