About the home
Escape to a peaceful retreat at this contemporary house nestled in 450 acres of unspoilt countryside, and set in a site of Special Scientific Interest (SSI). This gated estate has its own security and with seven lakes, there are lots of perfect opportunities for bird-watching, fishing and boating and miles of country tracks for walking and cycling.
On-site there are also tennis courts, football pitches, trampolines and children’s playgrounds. Located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park there are many other activities for visitors to enjoy nearby whilst on holiday - including water skiing, paint balling and horse riding.

There are two shared heated swimming-pools, both indoor and outdoor in a wonderful glass-fronted building, which also has a fully equipped gym and tranquil sauna and steam room. There are also a range of wonderful spa treatments to invigorate or relax guests including hot stone massage and pamper packages, which should be booked in advance.
It is also relaxing to just sit in the comfort of the living room - watching the trout jumping in the lake, or trying to catch a glimpse of the kingfisher which fishes in the running stream at the side of the house. Alternatively, guests can sit on the covered balcony and enjoy the wonderful scenery.
