Welcome to our luxury self-catering holiday lodge at Isis Lake in the Cotswold Water Park. Surrounded by large, green open spaces, and with a view over the carp lake, this is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Newly refurbished and decorated throughout, Cygnet Lodge can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Situated in a resort setting, near Cirencester, there is a wide selection of activities around the lake for our guests to enjoy. All the activities are located in their own special area: fishing, tennis, children's play area, croquet, boules, table tennis, giant chequers, games room with pool table & games machines, cricket & golf practice nets, football goal, volleyball net. Please remember to bring your own equipment with you. The surrounding Cotswold Water Park has a host of other sports and leisure activities nearby (charges apply) including sailing, waterskiing, cycling, golf, to name just a few.

Cirencester / South Cerney area

Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, and just 4 miles south of Cirencester, our self-catering holiday lodge at Isis Lake is a short walk from the village of South Cerney with 3 pubs and a range of other amenities.

Isis Lake is one of over 140 lakes in the Cotswold Water Park. The Water Park covers an area of over 40 square miles and offers a huge range of outdoor pursuits including country parks, nature reserves, water activities, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, and horse riding.

Visit Spa 6 at the nearby luxurious Cotswold Water Park Four Pillars Hotel. Pamper yourself with an extensive selection of spa treatments and enjoy the spa facilities: 11m hydro indoor pool, sauna, steam rooms, experience showers, ice fountain, and state of the art gymnasium.

How to get there

Just 90 minutes from London or Birmingham, and 50 minutes from Bristol, it is easily accessible from both the M4 and M5 motorways, situated just off the Spine Road junction of the A419.

Downstairs: large open plan living/dining area, contemporary open plan kitchen area, shower room. Upstairs: large master bedroom with view over the lake, second double bedroom, bunk beds in bedroom 3, family bathroom.

A cot and highchair can be provided as extras - please enquire.

The lodge is fully equipped and includes a DVD player and 32” flat screen TV with Freeview in the living area. The large master bedroom has its own seating area with 19” flat screen TV with Freeview.

Patio doors from the living area lead to the private south-facing sun deck where you can enjoy the stunning view across Isis Lake. There is an outside table with seating for 6 and a parasol. A disposable BBQ stand is provided for ‘al fresco’ dining.

Parking is to the front of the lodge. There are steps up to the front porch, and leading down from the sun deck at the back.

Isis Lake is a natural, reed edged lake situated in a resort setting, near Cirencester. A wide selection of activities around the lake are available to all our guests. All the activities are located in their own special area and surrounded by large, green open spaces and well maintained communal gardens, to ensure an air of peace and tranquillity.

Standard bookings run from a Friday to a Friday although we can accommodate part weeks at our discretion.

We offer short breaks - weekend 3 nights (arrive Friday) or mid-week 4 nights (arrive Monday). Prices for short breaks are charged at 75% of the weekly rate.

The lodge is available after 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated before 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Conditions

A 30% deposit is payable on booking with the balance of 70% due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable security charge of £200 is also payable in advance.

Payment can be made by cheque or Paypal.

Sorry, no pets are allowed and smoking is only permitted outside. No commercial vehicles or camper vans to be parked on the resort overnight. We are unable to take stag or hen party bookings.
