The perfect secluded escape to the country with the best lake views in the whole of the cotswolds, a completely hidden sailing, so bring your boat (no motor boats allowed) and relax.



Beautiful new England lakeside side lodge with uninterrupted views across a 150 acre lake, large open plan living room,reading snug, kitchen and dinning room.

Ideal for fishing, water skiing, wakeboading,dining al fresco, tennis, do as much or as little as you like.

One wall in the living room is completely glass fronted so as to soak up the mile long view over the water, you have the same view from the master bedroom.

Further details outdoors:
You can sail or fish on the landings, we have two tennis courts, and part of the complex includes water skiing, wake boading, cable riding, gym, ringo rides, kids play park and a restaurant and sports bar.
Please phone 01285860606 to reserve lake activities, if you bring your sail boat there is plenty of sailing on the landings lake outside your window so bring your boat!

The Central England / Cotswolds / Gloucestershire region

The Cirencester / South Cerney area

We are surrounded by over 100 lakes offering virually every water sports activity within a ten mile radius.Also cirencester is stooped with history being the 2nd largest Roman settlement in the courty, Londinium being the largest and corinium the 2nd.Many walks including the Thames path.

From the m4 come off at juntion 15 following the A419 to cirencester, before you reach cirencester turn off at the spine road junction and left onto the spine road, after 1 mile aprox turn right on to station road, follow station road past the watermark and lakeside and 200 yards on the left is the turning into the landings and south cerney sailing lake.Stop at intercom buzz security and let them know you are there for number 34.
From M5 come off at 11A following signs to cirencester A419, go past all the cirencester junctions until you see spine road junction and then follow above.
