The rental property is a non-smoking property and pets may be considered with prior agreemenet.( additional £25 charge wil apply)
The rental property is fully equipped and furnished with bed and bath linen are included in the price, cost may vary depending on group size.
The tenant is entitled to use the following during the rental period:
1 X allocated parking space, (overflowparking, 3 minutes away, free of charge)) free Spa, tennis courts, children's play areas.
The tenant receives 1 set of house keys for the duration of the rental period.
To access the Spa the tenant will need take proof of booking to the Reception Desk where they will issue an 2 entry cards on receipt of a £25 X 2 refundable deposit.

"Excellent - clean & modern with great views"
Booked this for a group of six friends. The accomodation is spacious, clean and modern, with an excellent high-ceiling living area over looking the lake with two spacious balconies. The house was easy to find and was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The estate has a shared pool and spa which is a great added extra, which we made use of in the evenings.
The booking process was simple, and pre departure information clear and plentiful. The owners and agent went above and beyond in the provision of information befor we arrived, so we already had plenty of ideas of what to do during our stay. We also used the local Tesco to deliver our food for the weekend upon arrival which was helpful and extremely straightforward - with no problems with directions or access.
Would recommend and hope to visit again!

"Fantastic house, location and amenities."
The house was great for 2 families with young children to share. There was enough space for everyone to have their own space! and also enough get-together room. The location was great and you couldn't ask for a better view from the balcony. We used all the amenities on site - pool, tennis courts, trampoline and playground and found them all satisfactory.

"Relaxing, Child friendly Stay!"
We wanted somewhere to go for a long weekend with a group of 6 adults and 3 children aged 2. We searched for quite a while before stumbling across the properties at the lower mill estate. There was quite a few to choose from but we decided on number 28 Howells Mere based on the photos and the open plan living space. We asked for an early check-in and were able to check in at 2pm on the friday afternoon. We had execllent communication via email from the owners with thorough directions and information. They also provided stairgates (a must with with our children!) a high chair and travel cot. There were fresh towels, the property was lovely and clean and just as we had hoped from the photos. The owner popped by on the first afternoon to say 'hello' and make sure we had everything we needed. The complex was great and we made use of the swimming pool and the small park area. It was close to lost of local attractions and some nice places to eat.
We would all love to visit again and had a lovely stay.

Stayed here for a week for 2nd year running. The house is great with everything you need. The spa is great. Lots of nice walks. Very quiet estate. Plenty to do in the area.
Lots to do in and on the lake. Very nice to sit out by the lake.

"Beautiful apartment with stunning views and great facilities."
I stayed here with my family over New Years and we had a fantastic time! The Location of Howells Mere 28 is great and with stunning views over the lake. The property itself has two double bedrooms with access to the lower balcony, one twin room with two single beds and a bedroom upstairs with a bunkbed, both located at the back of the house. There are also 3 bathrooms although only one with a shower, which we did find a bit of an issue as there were 6 of us staying. It would have been great if the two bathrooms had shower heads attached to the wall so you could also use them as a shower. The other citicism I would add, which is fairly minor, is that there is no storage in the twin room. As we had 6 adults staying, this was a bit annoying as the people in the twin room had nowhere to hang their clothes unless they used the wardrobes in one of the two double rooms. A coat hook on the back of the door would have helped a bit. We found it easy to find the house and were often lucky with parking our 2nd vehicle (there is one space provided for this property) there were quite a few visitor bays in the area so we only ended up parking at the overspill car park once. The Spa was great, i had a massage there and went swimming in the heated outdoor pool everyday. It does get quite busy at times but there are adult only session which was handy. There's a local shop although it is rather expensive. It's quite populated with other houses, I didn't realise quite how many until we arrived but somehow it never felt too busy or noisy. The owners were friendly and helpful throughout the booking and came over to show us how everything worked just after we checked in. The features in the property are all very modern, very clean and all in good working order. All in all we were very happy with this property and I think we will definitely stay again!

"Perfect in every respect, just what we wanted for a family weekend away."
The accomodation was fantastic. It is set overlooking the lake and in beautiful surroundings. The standard of the accomodation was second to none, it was clean, furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything you need. We were visited by John upon arrival, who was very helpful and made sure that our weekend got off to a good start.
Overall I could not fault anything, we had a great weekend and will hopefully be returning in the future.

The property location was stunning and the property layout and decor was outstanding.
As far as i was concerned there were only three minor defects. It would have been nice to have had a couple of hooks in the bathroom, full length mirrors in the main bedrooms and please could you not put fabric conditioner on the towels! It makes them soft and fluffy but they don't dry you! This was all very minor and I feel really bad about mentioning it as we all had one of our best most relaxing holidays ever! The leisure area was brilliant and my massage was one of the best and we all loved rowing on the lake and sitting in the swing chair and being on the balconies and watching the fish.

"A very beautiful, relaxing and luxurious holiday."
All communication was done via email which suited me perfectly as I have a small baby, talking on the phone is a luxury! I received quick feedback which was very helpful and accommodating. I felt like I was coresponding with an old friend! Very friendly but also professional.
The property was exceptional. Very tastefully decorated and wonderfully contemporary. All fixtures and fittings were of excellent quality. The kitchen was more than adaquit with everything you could possibly need to cook with. A really big fridge freezer which fitted all our food for 5 people for a week. Lovely giant tea cups which made drinking a cup of tea something special! We ordered a weeks shopping from a local supermarket which was delivered to our door, perfect as we had a young baby. The living space looked out onto the lake which was absolutely stunning, very light and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean with luxurious beds and duvets which cuddled you to sleep!! More than enough room for our travel cot too. Constant hot water and powerful showers.
The location was fantastic, perfect for our little family. We have a small baby so couldn't do much but didnt really want to as the property was so lovely we were happy just to relax and read books. When we did decide to go out the local towns offer a range of shops, history and good pubs.
The spa was a breath of fresh air. Nothing better than strolling up the road for a swim and a sauna followed by a facial and a back massage. Wonderfully quiet and relaxing.
My best part of the holiday was going to the spa every morning, reading my book in the swing chair on our deck during the afternoon while watching my husband row around the lake. The bit I liked least was going home! Can't wait to head back next year.

"Amazing house in beautiful location"
We had a lovely week with family in this amazing house in a beautiful position on the lake. The house had the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Unfortunately the weather was terrible but we still managed to swim in the outdoor pool in the pouring rain! It was fantastic having the pools and spa facility available, and the kids swam every day. The Lower Mill Estate felt like an extremely safe environment for kids to run/cycle around, and I'm sure this would have been even more fun without the rain...Lots to do at the Cotswold Water Park (a short cycle ride away). Kasha & John the property managers were very helpful and made sure we knew how everything worked. We look forward to returning, and hopefully experiencing some sunsets over the lakes!

28 Howells Mere, Lower Mill estate was the perfect place to spend a week after our wedding day. It was so peaceful and very comfortable. The use of the Spa facilities was great and just what we needed to help unwind after a stressful week of final preparations.
We found it very reasonably priced which was great after the expense of a wedding. It also meant we could get away and stay away after the wedding with out the hassle of leaving the country.
