DIRECTIONS TO THE LOWER MILL ESTATE:
___________________________________

• M4 Junction 15 Swindon
• North on A419 to Cirencester
• Turn left to B4696 Spine Road. Signposted to South Cerney
• Go straight over crossroads, following signs to Somerford Keynes
• After 1½ miles turn left down Mill Lane
• Drive down Mill Lane and enter the estate through the cream gates

DIRECTIONS FROM THE M5:

Leave the M5 at Junction 11A whether you are coming from the North or the South and head along the A417Cirencester/Swindon direction. After approximately 16 miles on the A419,
take the Spine Road junction, signposted for the Cotswold Water Park. Head towards Ashton Keynes and Oaksey.

Continue for about 1¼ miles until you reach a staggered cross roads (signposted Oaksey), go straight over and Lower Mill Estate is on the left after approximately 1½ miles. Turn left into the lane and continue until you reach the second set of gates on your right hand side, which are ornamental cream gates, decorated with bull rushes.

Kemble Railway Station is on the main line from London. The journey takes around 1 hour 15 minutes from London Paddington. Lower Mill Estate is then a ten minute drive from the station.

“Excellent place to stay” Enjoyed a fabulous week at lower mill estate, couldn't beat the weather. Stayed at Oak Lodge with luxury holidays, was a great location and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the art spa. Will be looking to book another holiday soon. The art spa is special, the indoor and outdoor pools are spotless.

“Amazing villa in a stunning location.” We have just returned from an amazing 4 night stay in Oak Lodge. 5 adults and 4 children were luxuriously and comfortably accommodated in this modern house overlooking the tranquil Howells Mere. The photos are an absolute reflection of the quality of the property and despite three days of pouring rain, we had a fabulous time, with endless fun on the Lower Mill Estate. My husband and I treated ourselves to a sumptuous spa treatment - great value and expertly delivered. We used the gym everyday and struggled to remove the children from the pools. Amazingly, despite the size of the Estate and it being half term, the pools were never too busy, ensuring we always felt as though we were on a very exclusive holiday. Tennis, bike rides around the countless lakes, pub lunches, fish-feeding (kids' favourite pastime) canoeing and climbing meant the days shot by. A final saying the sun by the pool left us yearning for more so our first morning home and we're already online, planning our return in the summer holidays. Fabulous place. Thank you Jamie for welcoming us and settling us in so well. Thank you Tim for such expedient, professional service.

“Idyllic location” We stayed at Oak Lodge for a long weekend and all had a fantastic time. The estate itself is beautifully maintained and Oak Lodge provides excellent accommodation for all. It is clean and well equipped. It was lovely to be welcomed by Jamie the manager who talked us through everything we might need to know during our stay. The views from the lodge are beautiful and one can spend hours looking out onto the lake either whilst sitting on the decking or relaxing in the hot tub! The spa and pools are also very impressive and much enjoyed by all - kids and adults alike. Overall a great place and plenty to do to suit all ages.

“Beautiful property in stunningocation” Thankyou Tim for such a beautiful property and for even arranging the perfect weather! Crips and cold and bright. Sitting outside on the swing chair with my book overlooking the lake is my highlight. And Jamie greeting us and making sure we had everything we needed on arrival is so nice. This is one of my favourite places in the world!

“Wow!!!” We came to the lodge and stayed Monday to Friday. it was a surprise trip for us from our children for our 25th anniversary. When we stepped in to the lodge well our first reactions were WOW!!!! We were so impressed with it it was amazing. Loved the arrangement of bedrooms downstairs and living quarters upstairs. Looking out at the lake everyday was so special, seeing the ducks and swans was so relaxing. It is definitely big enough to get lost in. We loved every minute of our stay : )

“FAB FAB FAB” What a great week we had . The house is a dream , view of lake is stunning .The family say it was the best holiday yet. Hopefully .we will be booking again some time. Thanks Tim and team. I have recommended the holiday rental to my friend to book next year.

“Fabulous family holiday” An excellent family venue in a stunning location. All the ingredients you would wish for in a relaxing and upmarket holiday home. Clean, well decorated rooms with modern furniture and fittings. Fabulous view of the well maintained lake through glass-fronted balconies - great for evening drinks or lounging around on the outside furniture. The lodge is ideal for family holidays and is child friendly throughout. The spacious property is sItuated on a well thought-out estate with an excellent spa and pool and is ideally positioned for visiting other country park attractions. Very satisfied with our holiday.

“A real winner of a house and an amazing location” We have just enjoyed a fantastic short break, from Friday to Monday, at the Lower Mill Estate, down in the Cotswolds Water Park area, which is a real favourite holiday spot for our family. The estate itself is very unusual with its mix of contemporary holiday villas, set lakeside within a nature reserve. We think the concept is simply amazing, the best of both worlds if you like. Oak Lodge is a real winner, with large expanses of glass and panoramic views down the lake. The spa was only a short walk from our accommodation and was equally as impressive, with great facilities and a real quality feel to it, right down to the slate lined pools. We spent many an enjoyable hour there. To sum up; a really great house, set in a fantastic location, with great facilities on site and a superb family holiday!
