The recently renovated cottage, has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, small wardrobe with drawers.
In the lounge there is a two seater sofa, with additional chairs, TV/DVD and contemporary wood burning stove. There is a main shower room and an ensuite. The new kitchen, installed in March 2012 comes with washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob.
The cottage facilities are all at ground floor level only, and are only suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with small baby, but we do not supply cots or additional bedding.
Bed linen and towel are provided for lead guests.
Wifi is available courtesy of PAYG via cotswold wireless, which offers 15 minute free access per day.
Please be aware that mobile phone reception around the cottage is limited for most carriers.

The lower mill estate is the UK first private residential nature reserve with 450 acres of lakes, and woodland walks, perfect for a relaxing break. The cottage backs onto a secluded orchard which is bounded by the River Thames.

We generally have a no pets rule, as the cottage has white flooring and is only really suitable for two adults.
Conditions
No Stag or Hen Breaks allowed on the estate.
£100 breakages deposit with booking which will be returned after rental period is complete.

The Cotswold's is one of the most unspoilt regions of England, being the country's largest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Gentle hillsides, river valleys, lakes and ancient limestone sleepy villages. Centrally positioned with good road access to many places of interest. Neolithic, Roman, Iron Age & Saxon sites can all be found, as can some of the most spectacular English country homes & castles, such as Warwick Castle & Blenheim Palace.
The historic cities of Bath & Oxford are readily accessable.
Local events include: Bath and Cheltenham Literary Festivals, Cheltenham Gold Cup Races, Badminton and Gatcombe Park Horse Trials, Kemble Air Day, Royal International Air Tattoo, Jazz Festivals, The Festival of the Tree at the world famous Westonbirt Arboretum.
The area contains some fabulous local pubs with great food, great ale, & wonderful local hospitality.
Many of the local market towns play host to local farmers markets, with wonderful fresh produce.
The Cirencester / Lower Mill area
Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre nature reserve, offering the perfect location to unwind, relax & enjoy natures secrets. It has some of the rarest habitat in the the uk, with fantastic resident wildlife including bats, rabbits,otters, beavers & many migratory birds & water fowl.
For the more active, the nearby Cotswold Water Park offers beach, water skiing, jet skiing, wake boarding, sailing, fishing, bike hire, pay as you go golf & lots more
Close to beautiful market town of Cirencester with its cafes & restaurants, galleries & antique shops. Here, in the old Corn Hall there are regular antique & craft markets where it is possible to seek out a bargain or two.

The nearest pub can found in Somerford Keynes, which is walking distance from the cottage.
Nearest Rail Station can be found in Kemble which offers direct links to London Paddington.
