In our opinion this is a superb property which offers, space, tranquillity and convenience for everyone.
The cottage is on one level and therefore suitable for those with limited mobility.

The Cirencester area
Home Farm lies on the edge of the hamlet of Leigh, approximately 6 miles south of Cirencester and 2 miles from the Saxon village of Cricklade. The hamlet is moments from the Cotswold Lakes and its many activities. The area is ideal for cyclists and walkers and as a touring base for the Cotswolds. Golf is nearby at the Cricklade Hotel and Country club where there is a challenging 9 hole course. Other local places to visit include Malmesbury, Tetbury and Westonbirt Arboretum.

We were looking for a quiet and remote place to spend the New Years weekend and this place ticked the box! The underfloor heating and log fire kept us cozy, and the well equipped kitched meant we had no problems cooking. The welcome pack and wine was very much welcome! Very friendly owners who were on hand to help with any problems, even on New Years Eve when we had a problem with the oven. The only thing the immediate area lacked was the traditional Cotswolds feel, but it was only a short drive to experience that. |

Please note that short breaks are welcome during most periods of the year, however, we prefer NOT to have short breaks in any High Season Period unless at short notice.

All weeks (or short breaks) which include a Bank Holiday are charged at the High Season Rate. February Half Term is charged at Mid Season Rate. Cheltenham Festival, Badmington, Blenheim Horse Trials and Game Fair Weeks are charged at Xmas Rates in appropriate cottages.
A 2 or 3 night break costs 75% of the weekly rate
A 4 night break costs 85% of the weekly rate
5 nights and over are charged at the full weekly rate.
Costs include heating electricity and bed linen. Payment can be taken by cheque, debit card (preference) or credit card (subject to 2% charge).
