Fountain View is located on one of the prestigious lakeside developments with free leisure activities for all the family in the heart of the Cotswolds near Cirencester and is the ideal base to explore the area. The Cotswolds has something for everyone and has many attractions and activities for all ages and abilities. From museums to mountain biking, stately homes to water skiing there really is something to entertain all your family and friends.

We welcome and cater for families with children of all ages.

Fountain View is a self catering holiday home furnished in a clean, modern & contemporary style with open plan living and dining area with spectacular views across Isis Lake and direct access through double patio doors onto your very own lakeside decking area.

Enjoy the outdoors, soak up the stunning views to the gentle sound of the cascading fountain whilst dining alfresco - with its south easterly aspect the sun appears mid morning till late in the evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday.

There are 3 bedrooms; a king size, double and full size bunk beds along with a family bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs. The property is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard and accredited with a 4 star rating.


Enjoy comfortable living at Fountain View providing you with the perfect base to relax and unwind. In house entertainment, Freeview TV, books games and CD's & DVD's are provided for all the family should the weather be not so good!

Fountain View is within walking distance from a lovely restaurant, bistro and café just across the road and the nearby village of South Cerney provides good pub food, local takeaways and a variety of shops

Only four miles from the market town of Cirencester. Enjoy the local farmers markets or take a browse round the shops or just enjoy afternoon tea at one of the many tea rooms in the area.

Changeover days are Friday or Monday. We do not accept Saturdays. Other days may be available at the owner's discretion only during the low season.

A security deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking and is fully refundable (terms apply) within 2 weeks of departure.

50% deposit required on booking with balance to be paid within 6 weeks of arrival. If arrival is within 6 weeks the full balance is due to secure your booking.
