The perfect holiday break setting for everyone to enjoy. There are 3 bedrooms, bedroom1 with king size bed, bedroom 2 with double bed, bedroom 3 with full size bunk beds and 2 bathrooms. The property is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard in a modern and contemporary style so you can enjoy your holiday break in style and comfort. 4 star rated self catering.

The large windows give you a wonderful view of the lake and the wildlife. Outside is the deck which is a suntrap in the summer where you can enjoy a glass of wine and dine alfresco with the gentle sound of the cascading fountain.

In house entertainment is provided for you all should the weather be not so good.

You can eat in a restaurant, bistro or café just across the road. South Cerney provides good pub food and takeaways.

Only four miles from Cirencester. Perfect location for you to explore all the local tourist attractions and activities from walking to wakeboarding.

Changeover days are Friday or Monday. Other days may be available at the owner's discretion only during the lower demand periods.

A Security Deposit of £100 is fully refundable subject to no damage, breakage or extra cleaning required within 2 weeks of departure. Credit Card Fee 2%

50% deposit required on booking with balance to be paid within 6 weeks of arrival. If arrival is within 6 weeks the full balance is due.
