About the home

Lovely airy, spacious apartments set in private grounds with views, pool and Jacuzzi, and a games room. Arcevia has a balcony with superb views accross Le Marche. The complex is situated a short walk from restaurant and bar, and a short drive from Cingoli.

La Panoramica is a recently refurbished country house converted into 6 apartments, with private grounds offering swimming pool, views, Jacuzzi, al fresco dining areas, access to a communal outdoor kitchen (as well as a kitchen in each apartment), games room and parking.

6 apartments are available, 2 have interconnected balconies with the most superb stretching views. A apartments have recently been refurbished and fully furnished to a very high standard. They offer lovely airy spacious accommodation in the very centre of this little rural, traditional italian village

The house is situated in Le Marche region of Italy - bordering Tuscany and Umbria and sharing the beauty or these two well known regions, but Le Marche (known in the UK as The Marches) does not have the hoards of tourists and the overinflated prices.

With everything you need within very easy reach - 2 minutes walk to the bar, 5 minutes from the restaurant and 5 minutes drive from Cingoli - known as "The Balcony of Le Marche" - a larger, medieval hill top town with many restaurants - the house is situated in a sleepy rural hamlet, stepping into which has been likened to stepping back in time!

Many activities are available in the area, with some of the best beaches in Italy, superb wines, great cuisine, water parks, shopping and much more to enjoy. Google "in Le Marche" and have a little look at all it has to offer!

We have been arranging holidays in Le Marche since 2003 and have helped over 500 parties from all over the world enjoy this wonderful region!

Light airy, completely furnished, spacious apartment with dining area with kitchenette, living area with sofa bed, a double room, a twin room and a bathroom.

Lovely grounds perfect for dining al fresco with plenty space for privacy, and a extra kitchen accessible from the garden to make dining al fresco that much easier.

Also enjoy the games room - ideal for kids to meet and make friends, the lovely pool and the Jacuzzi and superb views....

Conditions

We are entirely flexible and you may arrive and depart as you please, there are no set changeover days and no minimum rental period, so we can cater for all needs. Please contact us for further information.

A refundable security deposit is requested on arrival and returned on departure.

One third of total fee secures a booking and the balance is due two months before your stay.

The Marche / Abruzzo / Marche region

Le Marche is rich in art and architecture with a backdrop of historical hill towns, countryside villages and beautiful beaches. The regions elegant towns Macerata, Urbino and Ascoli Piceno are abound with Renaissance palaces, fortresses, beautiful squares and medieval houses. Marche offers a wide range of centuries-old traditional food products and dishes featuring olives, ham and fish and there is an array of good wines including Verdicchio.

The Cingoli area

There are numerous fesitivals thorughout the summer months celebrating traditional cuisines, local wines, saints, music and opera. Pelase ask for details and we will guide you depending on the timing of your visit.

If flying:
Ryanair operate from London Stansted and Liverpool.
They fly to Ancona (40 minutes drive), Rimini (1.5 hours drive), Bologna (2.5 hours drive), Pescara (2.5 hours drive), Rome (3.5 hours drive).
BA operate a service from Gatwick to Bologna.

Car hire is recommended. In the past we have used Europcar and found them to be a good service and among the best priced. Hertz also offers discount through Ryanair.
