House situated in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in the main road of the town of Cianciana (AG) composed of three storeys, and recently refurbished. The house is composed of a ground floor consisting of a living room, bathroom with shower, and a washroom. The first floor is composed of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. The second floor is composed of a kitchen/dining room, a covered veranda, a small bathroom and a storage room. The property covers an area of approx 40 sq meters per floor for a total area of approx 120 sq meters.


Cianciana is a small town in the province of Agrigento, it is a hillside town in an excellent postition and enjoys a mild climate throughout the year. The countryside surrounding Cianciana allows spectacular views around the valley of the river Platani. There are many shops, pizzerias, restaurants, two outdoor swimming pools, and an air ambulance service. There are also many parks and interesting natural beauty sites and cultural places of interest.We are 30 mins away from the beach (Seccagrande/Eraclea Minoa/San Giorgio). There also good connections to the main towns of Agrigento,Sciacca,Palermo.
