The Bedrooms: There are six bedrooms which are all en-suite. They are all beautifully appointed with co-ordinated fabrics and oak doors, floors and skirting.
The beds are all 6 ft doubles or 3ft twins, with the flexibility to have either doubles or twins in any room to accommodate your group in the most comfortable layout. Two of the bedrooms have an additional bed to you accommodate larger groups.
The Bathrooms: In addition to the 6 en suite bathrooms (five with showers and one with a bath), there are additional separate shower and toilet facilities on the ground floor to avoid anyone having to wait – we have tried to think of everything.
Dining Room/ Sitting Room: This grand room, with its traditional oak floors, is very large at over 55 square metres or 600 square feet. This is a fantastic family room but can also be used for larger diners or meetings. A large solid wood dining table looks out onto your own private enclosed courtyard which is beautifully lit in the evenings. The easy chairs and sofas look out over the secluded patio and the private garden beyond, leading to fields and trees and sometimes early in the morning deer appearing out of the wood.

Parking: Toad Hall has secure private parking for up to 10 cars, with additional parking available if required.

We arrived in the depths of the March 2013 winter - one of the party got stuck on the road in the snow. Eaton Manor's Nichola and her dad organised both co-ordination with the services AND dad actually did the pick up for the two stranded members of the party. We're talking 3:00AM in the morning - unbelievable support! Not to mention picking up another family member from the station AND collecting the shopping. Gold medals all round here! Fantastic accommodation (en-suites all rooms), very comfortable and spacious. Do treat yourself to catering for at least one night - excellent meal and service, a real treat (and we had a couple of chefs with us who couldn't fault it). I can't think of a group of people this wouldn't suite. The most welcoming and helpful place I've ever been to. We'll be back! Nigel Johnson Response: Thank you for your kind words - it was our pleasure to be able to help your group out, especially given the extreme weather conditions! We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back to Eaton Manor in the future. |

Enjoyed a fantastic girls weekend at Toad Hall. Would recommend it all - personal chef, cottage dinners, champagne tasting and clay pigeon shooting!! A great time was had by all. Will definitely be back again. Response: It's great that you enjoyed your stay at Toad Hall for your girls' weekend. We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back to Eaton Manor in the future. |

We had a fabulous week in Toad Hall. The accommodation and location were perfect for our extended family Christmas. The house was warm and comfortable, especially practical with all six ensuite bedrooms and large living/diing area. The local area, although not easily accessible as some roads were flooded, had everything we needed including the local church right next door. If only it had snowed! Response: We are so pleased that you enjoyed your family Christmas at Eaton Manor and we look forward to hopefully welcoming you back in the future. |
