House | 16 bedrooms | sleeps 36
Eaton Manor Country Estate offers the perfect rural retreat set in 500 acres of beautiful countryside and, as an award winner in the 2012 and 2013 national tourism awards for best self catering, we are sure you will enjoy every minute here and have a truly memorable stay.
There are 6 luxury 4 & 5 star "homes from home" on the estate, sleeping from 2 to 60 people. Three of them, which make up Eaton Manor Group (The Manor House, Toad Hall & Curlew Cottage), are situated close together along the private drive, each with their own large private gardens. Therefore hiring these three properties is ideal for large family celebrations and reunions.
The properties also work well for corporate groups of up to 15 delegates each having an individual bedroom. Toad Hall can be set up as a conference venue and then The Manor House is ideal for dining.

If you would like to try something different and have a guide to show you the area why not book a Nordic walking lesson. Also on site we have an Olympic length indoor archery range which is used by the Commonwealth and Olympic teams for training. We can arrange for you to 'have a go' with a professional coach and all the equipment you will need, but don't worry the targets will be closer so you should be right on target.
The shared swimming pool is available April to October. It is covered and heated and you will have a key and can use it at any time during your stay. Each property's garden is private and just for the use of guests staying at that property.
If you would like to order your groceries online we will take delivery and pack them all away for you at no extra charge.
Many of the beds have the option of being doubles or twins. Please enquire about the options available.
All the houses also have use of the shared on-site indoor games room and large outdoor playing field.
