These refurbished cottages are originally the granary and part of the attached farmhouse and are situated in a valley at the end of a long private driveway. Offering a real farm experience in the peace and tranquillity of the North Devon countryside.

You will be less than 1 mile to the village of Chulmleigh with small shops, pubs, riding stables and golf course or go slightly further afield to sandy surfing beaches to the North such as Saunton and Woolacombe. Lots to see and do including attractions to suit all tastes which include rugged Dartmoor, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Cobbaton Combat Musuem, National Trust properties and gardens, to name but a few.

Farm activities: the farm offers many natural attractions for guests, enjoy exploring the farm and watching the animals, or wander the adjacent 25 acres of natural woodland or walk the river bank which borders the land. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and wi-fi included. Night storage heating and electric heaters, available October to April included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking in the property. Location: beach 17 miles, pub, shop, riding stables and golf course less than 1 mile.

The spacious accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with electric shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD player and portable CD player. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden and patio area with seating and BBQ.

"Very nice clean comfortable cottage in quiet location"
