Living/Dining: Sophisticated living/dining for 10-12 people with separate cafe style/all weather sun room overlooking the ocean.
Gym: Includes weight-lifting bench and free weights. Ocean view or TV--your pleasure during your workout!

Private garden set amongst native and fruit trees. Outdoor table/umbrella for dining. Outdoor Gas Heaters for winter entertainment use.

Use of Silver Mercedes 500 V8 SUV may be available for an additional charge, negotiable dependent on length of stay.
