A lovely studio aparment. It's very bright and open with the entrance doors being double door french windows onto a sunny, spacious terrace outside.
There is a relaxing area with a leather sofa and the bed behind it where there is also a lot of cupboard space for clothes.
The kitchen area is well equipped with stove top, oven and fridge/freezer.
Between the main room and the bathroom there is a utility space with a washing machine and a sink. You can dry your clothes outside on the terrace where there is a drying line.
The toilet and bathroom are seperate. Both areas are wheelchair friendly. The bathroom has a large bath and a shower as well as a vanity area.
The apartment is underneath a house but is completely private with fencing ensuring freedom from disturbance.
The property is in a gated area ensuring safety, you will be given a gate key when you check in.
There is limited parking available so please specify at time of booking if you need parking.
All in all, this apartment is the perfect secluded, sunny spot in the center of town.
I will be there to check you in and will give you a number to call for any information or questions you may have. I like to give my guests privacy and let you come to me if you need anything.
The apartment is very central to the city center. After experiencing a sequence of large earthquakes, Christchurch has re-emerged as a vibrant, ever changing city. There are many things to do and many places to see, it is inspiring to see what great things have 'popped up' in different areas around the city. There are many pop-up cafes, restaurants and shops, a city mall made up of shipping containers (and offers free wifi), art galleries, community chess, book exchanges, a unique event space made up of 3,000 wooden pallets and holds events such as acoustic music nights, film screenings and markets.
We are on the corner of the park which is the very heart of the city. You can play golf, watch some cricket or visit the botanical gardens.
There is a great bus network, the bus station is a 4-5 minute walk from the apartment.

"Perfect in every way"
A fantastic place to stay in Christchurch. All the comforts of home with the added bit of luxury that we all crave when on holiday. Spotlessly clean and well fitted out- obviously the owners know the business and how to care for customers. Can't wait to return

"Amazing stay very helpful staff!"
Stayed for three nights and was blown away by the location and the helpfulness of the owner.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a short, comfortable stay in the CBD.
