Just over a mile from Christchurch, Mudeford is a charming fishing village lying at the entrance to Christchurch Harbour, a mecca for water- sports enthusiasts and fishermen. The picturesque quay is great spot to sit and watch the world go by. Within easy walking distance is Stanpit Marsh - an unspoilt area of harbour wetlands and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSI) which is exceptionally good for the observation and study of winter visiting birds.

The chalet is situated in Mudeford, a small seaside resort near Bournemouth. It is on the edge of the New Forest, and near attractions such as Exbury gardens and Lyndhurst.

The Christchurch Town / Mudeford area
There is a choice of small local shops or alternatively a large supermarket is only a five minute drive away which will cater for last minute essentials or BBQ fanatics. If you want to venture away from the gorgeous beaches the chalets are located a stones through from an idyllic small town that imparts yet more majestic views along with some excellent shopping.
Plenty of watersports are available. Also near Highcliffe castle

You can be sure of a warm welcome. The property is maintained to a high standard, and any issues dealt with promptly. It was warm and cozy over a cold and wet Christmas. We have stayed many times and it is a real home from home. The property has unobstructed sea views out towards the Isle of Wight, and there are many attractions in the surrounding area. There are limited facilities on site (restricted in winter months), however you may prefer the pubs, restaurants and cafes within a short, flat walking distance. There is a supermarket a short drive away. |

Spent new year in this accommodation with family. On arrival was met by representative who was very helpful and informative. We have had holidays on this site for over 20 years and found this accommodation to be the most superior with modern interior and extremely comfortable furnishings. Brilliant location, right opposite beach and only a short drive to Christchurch and Bournemouth. Given the time of year, understandly the site was very quite, but that was expected. Spring, summer etc., there is use of swimming pool, small club house, playground and swimming pool. Like everything about this holiday. |
