Lake View House is a four bedroomed detached contemporary home which is set on a large private plot very close to the award winning beaches of Highcliffe. Set in an idyllic location over looking a lake and in walking distance to Highcliffe high street, Highcliffe castle and the beach. The house consists of large open rooms. The living/dining room is extremely spacious, ideal for entertaining and families. It is well equipped with a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall with the use of Sky and broadband a DVD player, Xbox 360 and a selection of children's and adults DVD's and games, it also benefits from large bi-folding doors that open the full length of the room onto a large level decking area, perfect for alfresco dining. There is enough seating for 12 guests and also includes a sofa bed.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons and the utility room has a washing machine and a tumble drier, the kitchen also has bi-folding doors that open onto the decking area and benefits from a high vaulted ceiling making it a light and airy space for cooking in. There is one ground floor double bedroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a single bed in and two doubles. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite wet room, with underfloor heating. The main bathroom has also got a walk in wet room with various body jets and the bath can be used as a jacuzzi, so you can relax whilst watching the TV (with freeview) that is mounted within the bathroom wall. In the large garden, there is use of a gas BBQ and a large children's safety trampoline and a (recently installed) heated hot tub. (we cannot guarantee the hot tub will always be in use due to any unforeseen damage or breakdown)
We welcome children and the house is child friendly, although as the house is finished to a high spec with light carpet, light coloured walls, cream sofas, doors that have glass panels in etc. it may not suit all families.
