As you enter, you will be greeted by an open-plan living and dining area, with a breakfast bar that seamlessly separates the modern and fully equipped kitchen from the comfortable living room. The double sliding doors lead you to an extensive covered patio, creating a natural flow of views throughout the apartment. The breezy patio is adorned with sun loungers and a dining area, offering the perfect setting for enjoying every meal accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves.

The living room is furnished in neutral tones with hints of ocean colors and features an entertainment center. It is air-conditioned for your comfort.
