Situated in Houlakia area overlooking the protected area with the only beach in Mykonos with pebble stones, the island of Delos and furthermore Syros island. Located 7 minutes from Mykonos town, 5 minutes from Ag. Stefanos beach.

 It offers to the guests the sense of privacy and relaxing well protected from the north Mykonian winds. The villa’s design ensures the spectacular view to the sea from all the outdoors resting and dining areas, and its position is indicated for jogging or walking.

The 510 m2 of the villa are built in a 4900 m2 plot surrounded by fabulous stonework.
It enjoys two swimming pools both with a stunning view of the sunset. Large outdoor spaces with sun beds, two chill out areas, Jacuzzi, barbecue, & dining area. Divided in two levels the villa’s upper ground level has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two of them en suite, spacious living room, open plan kitchen and dining area.

The lower level has 5 bedrooms all en suite (one for the stuff). Three of them have amazing sea view.

There is a sizeable gym, a massage/hammam area, along with and extra bathroom.

Moreover there is a fully equipped kitchen and an office space that serves the lower ground level.
