The double bed in the main bedroom has a memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort and both bedrooms are made up ready for your arrival using quality cotton linens and towels. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is a second family bathroom with bath.
Wireless internet and telephone calls are provided free of charge. The comfortable lounge has a fireplace with a decorative stove, there is also an X-Box360, a wide screen LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD player. All the comforts of home!
The apartment has a key coded entry with entry telephone.

Min stay is 3 nights but only want to stay 2 nights? By booking the extra night means you dont have to rush out at 10am, relax and spend the rest of the day at this lovely property.
To make sure the apartment is in pristine condition for your arrival, check in is at 4.00pm and check out is at 10.00am (unless previously agreed)

You can be confident that each property is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. All beds are made up for you on arrival and just to make life easier for you, we supply the tea and coffee and the washing up liquid. We also leave you with a good supply of kitchen and loo rolls, so you don't have to squeeze them in your suitcase!
You can be assured of a friendly yet professional service when booking any of our homes, which you can do online on our website or if you prefer, by phone. Payment can be made by card, BACs or by cheque and whichever way you pay there are no extra charges or booking fees.

Northern England region
Chorley is a small, friendly market town near Preston. Flanked by the wild, beautiful West Pennine moors to the East and the fertile Lancashire Plain to the West. It's ideally placed for visits to Manchester's busy shopping districts and not to mention the Trafford Centre with it's wall to wall shopping and entertainment.
Blackburn, buzzing Blackpool and sophisticated Southport are within a half hours drive and the newly created university City of Preston is only minutes away.
The spectacular Lake District is only an hour away up the M6, ideal for a day out walking. That said, Lancashire is a beautiful county in its own right, with stone villages, historic mills and beautiful rolling moorland. It's often overlooked, which is a shame because we have everything you could possibly want right here on our doorstep!
Chorley has a number of restaurants ranging from Italian, Chinese, Indian and traditional Lancashire. The newly opened Bobbin Mill in Buckshaw Village is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Local Amenities include; 18 hole golf courses at Duxbury Golf Course and Chorley Golf Club. A well equipped leisure centre is in Chorley if you fancy a swim and a workout. High street shopping is very well catered for in Chorley, Preston and Manchester and, if you are looking for something different, why not visit Botany Bay? It's the converted mill by the canal and M61. You can't miss it!
Nearby is the famous historic Astley Hall Museum and Art Gallery set in Astley Park. The park is open all year to the public and the house is well worth a visit. Chorley itself ,dates from the 12th century, and has a wealth of history and interesting historical sites.
