The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and separate rain dance shower. The additional two bedrooms have 1 queen size bed, 2 twins and share a large bathroom with shower.

The Koh Samui region
Thailand's tropical climate can be very humid and hot. Typically, March, April (especially) and May can be very hot and dry. June through to mid September is normally quite dry and not as hot as April and May. Mid-September sees the start of the South West Monsoon. Heavy rain showers only last about an hour or two daily.
The rest of the day is mostly sunny. Rainy season can last sometimes into the first few weeks of December, but by and large are quite intermittent in this month.
The start of December sees a quite a nice change in the climate for most people. The rain stops and the sun comes out, but it’s generally not too hot and this lasts until the end of February. Subsequently this is peak season, and also regarded as the best time to come to Koh Samui, Thailand.
Duplex M is 5 min away from Fisherman’s Village in Bo Phut. It is very popular place for the tourists to congregate in Koh Samui. This is probably due to its incredible choice of great restaurants and bars. With a distinctly Mediterranean feel it, this town also boasts some nice resorts and a few of the islands top hotels can also be found here.
…and then there’s Cheong Mon! Probably home to the best beach on the island, with beautiful white sand and arguably the best hotels, to date, the island has to offer.
Choeng Mon / Bo Phut area
Big Buddha is probably the most famous of the attractions here on Koh Samui. It stands at over 15 metres tall and was built back in 1972 so as to allow all visitors to pay their respects to Lord Buddha.
Santiburi Championship Golf Course: A stunningly beautiful 18 hole golf course, dubbed by some as the most beautiful in the world, set in the hills of Maenam with sea views over the mountains and into Koh Phangan.
Scuba Diving: There are a number of scuba diving schools around Samui which is a popular dive training centre for SE Asia. Along with Kao Tao, Samui offers a range of diving opportunities for all levels. A number of reefs are found off Samui’s shores. Chaweng is situated on the east coast of Koh Samui and is a popular and trendy destination with young travelers and families alike. The resort is well known for its beautiful white powdery sand beaches and turquoise waters. It’s probably not the most ideal location for those looking for a peaceful getaway in Koh Samui; it’s more suited to those who want to be near the hub of Samui.
Being a tourist favourite, Chaweng is home to a plethora of fashionable restaurants, bars and nightclubs, and the closer you get to the centre the more frequent they become. Also, it is relatively easy for those staying in Chaweng to go on the various tours of Koh Samui, pay a visit to the surrounding islands, do a spot of diving or take advantage of some of the other water sports available to them.
How to get there
The most convenient method of travel to Koh Samui is by air.
Bangkok Airways operate approximately 12 flights per day between the new Bangkok airport, Suvarnabhumi, and Koh Samui.
Thai Airways Recently started a daily service between Bangkok and Samui. From Samui there are also direct air links to Phuket, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Krabi, Singapore and Hong Kong.
With future direct routes planned for Trat and Kuala Lumpur. Also, very recently a new airline, Firefly, has commenced a bi-daily operation between Koh Samui and Penang in Malaysia.
Somehow more secluded and tranquil, if you want a quiet vacation away from the tourists, this is the place to come. If you are a jet setter, or have your own boat, the easy access to either the Airport, or the Pier would be a very attractive preposition, which is why this is one of the most favoured destination for the celebrities.
Duplex M is only 10 min away from the Airport and 5 min away from the Pier. Only small air planes are allowed in the Island, no need to worry about the noise from the airport. From Duplex M, you hear nothing at all.

Duplex M is a duplex unit in a small apartment building in Bo Phut, 5 min walk to the Big Bhudda and BBC Cafe. Fisherman's Village and Chaweng Beach are within 5 min drive. In 10 Min you can drive to local Tesco, Makro, etc.
Surprisingly quiet around the pool, as most people would stay under the sun for a few hours each time and be in the pool max. twice/ day. 180 degree view of Gulf of Thailand sea from the living area, kitchen, master bedroom, and en suite Jacuzzi.
Absolutely stunning sunset in the evenings. At night, the pool lights up, adding feature to the living room. 178 sqm of Sensual living space!

Further details outdoors: Even in the rainy season, it is mostly Sunny after a couple of hours of shower daily. The beauty of Duplex M is the infinity pool right in front of the patio-sliding window straight out of living room. When it rains, the pool creates the most beautiful reflection on the surface of the pool: when at night the pool lights up in Cerullium Blue colour, as if it is a light feature within the living area: in the morning, you can see the breeze curbing on the surface of the pool.

The booking requires 50% deposit within 48 hours of confirmation. Otherwise, the booking is automatically cancelled. The rest of the payment in full is due 60 days before arrival. The deposit is not refundable unless cancelled before 70 days before arrival. 10% processing fee is non refundable.
Security deposit of USD 400 will be kept for any damages for the property, which is refundable upon checking out.
Monthly rates excludes the utility, wireless internet, and cable TV, etc. The guests are responsible for their own use of the utility during their stay. 6 people stay is only allowed for a booking for 1 month or more.
Children above 2 yrs old is considered 1 more guest.
The booking rates are strictly proportionate to the number of guests. If you book for 4 person and 5 people show up, we will refund you the 90% of the money upon arrival. If you must book for a family of 5, or 6 people, please add USD 40 extra to the 4 people published rate.
The booking rates are also proportionate to the number of rooms used. This is proportionate to utility charges.
A couple with 2 children between 2 to 15 years old, can get USD 20 discount the published rate for 4 person.
Preferred payment is TT transfer, Paypal, and credit card payment. For the last minute reservations TT transfer only.
Complimentary cleaning service is in every 3 days.
If you want daily change, service is extra at 450 Baht/ wash for everything.
In-House chef, grocery shopping service, baby sitting, child care, restaurant food delivery is available for additional cost.
