Crowning the villa is the magnificent roof terrace which boasts an almost 360 degree view. With the blue waters of the Mediterranean lapping at the shore directly in front of the villa this is a good spot for enjoying roof top dining using the barbecue and kitchenette facilities provided.
Low walls and newly planted trees mark the gardens border. An ornate water fountain, decorative pots filled with flowers and an impressive marble table & chairs provide features of interest throughout the grounds. The unusual L-shaped pool (with walk in steps) sits tucked into the corner of the garden only a few steps from a small wooden bar is placed on one of the many terraces.

The town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is only a few minutes drive away as is the lively beach resort of Coral Bay, with its selection of international restaurants, cafes, bars, mini golf and Go-Karting
Chlorakas area
Situated approximately midway between Paphos Town centre and the well know sandy beach at Coral Bay the villa is just a few minutes drive or bus ride from each. There is a mini market and a pub within 700 metres of the villa and a selection of restaurants within 2 kilometres.
