The Paphos District

The popular resort of Coral Bay provides all the facilities for a perfect holiday in the sun. Its centre is lined with shops, bars and restaurants offering a choice of both Cypriot and international cuisine. Down on the beach, the shallow waters are wonderful for bathing and watersports alike – from parasailing and jet skis to banana boat rides. The ancient capital of Paphos is a short drive or bus ride away for wall-to-wall historical sites and livelier nightlife. Close by, the charming village of Peyia offers the perfect place to sample Greek Cypriot meze in a traditional taverna.

Chlorakas area

Akti beach is a lovely quiet beach , small but very attractive, only few km from coral bay area and paphos tourist area and harbour.


During your stay we reccommend the following places to visit: Akamas peninsula park .
ST.GEORGE church; baths of Aphrodite;Tombs of the Kings;Historical park in Kato Paphos and paphos castle. Or why not try the Agios Neophytos monastery.

coral bay village set 11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the north of Paphos

and 3 kilometres below the friendly, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze, the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely and, in the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, wetbikes and windsurfing.


Close by the Bay you will find four large hotels, banks, minimarkets
for provisions and souvenirs, bars, restaurants and other shops. For casual alfresco meals, a couple of bars/snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay are open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are a short drive away. A perfect location for a casual seaside holiday with plenty to do and a European Blue Flag beach. This is also an excellent base for touring the Paphos area, with all it has to offer.

How to get there

Drive out of Paphos Airport following the "exit" signs until you reach a 'T' junction (3 or 4 km)
Turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive north following the signs for the motorway (A6),
Then after about 1 km turn left to join the new motorway (A6) to Paphos.
(IF YOU ARE FLYING TO LARNACA FOLLOW THE SIGNS TO PAPHOS )At the end of the motorway you will find a roundabout (about 10 mins up to this point).
At the roundabout take the first exit towards Kato Paphos.
Go straight through the next round-about
At the second roundabout take the third exit (exit on the right) with signs for Coral Bay, Pegeia (Peyia), Kathikas, Polis.
Carry on straight through 2 or 3 sets of traffic lights.
This road runs into the Tombs of the Kings Rd
You carry on straight for appx.2km ,you will see a sign AKTI BEACH you turn left , our villa is appx.600 metres on the sea front, but no worries at all ,once you arrive please call George on 0035799628114, you will be escorted to the villa.

Only 50 metres from the beach and being about 300 metres below the main coastal road, these 5 brand new beach villas are well furnished and all have 3 floors suitable for up to 12 persons each villa. The semi-ground floor consists bedrooms and a kitchenette, which are fully air-conditioned. The ground floor consists of a lounge area with an open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and kettle, toaster, microwave, large dining table and guest WC. The living area is also equipped with TV stereo CD player, VCA, DVD Player. Now available on request NOVI satelite TV system allowing you to view over 100 TV channels. Please order NOVI at the time of booking your villa, there will be a small extra charge. The first floor consists bedrooms some opening onto a large sea-view balcony with en suite shower room and WC.All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with air conditioning units which are available for a small daily charge (CY£2.50). Every Villa has its own mosaic style swimming pool (9 X 4.5m) complete with Jacuzzi, sun beds and umbrellas for you all to enjoy on your carefree holiday break to Cyprus. The luxury seafront villas are just five minutes from the first Cypriot taverna and 10 minutes stroll from the village centre, pubs and restaurants. The famous Tombs of the Kings are 15 minutes stroll away. Paphos Harbour and Kato Paphos tourist area is only a 7 minutes drive away. The same short distance drive applies for visiting the colourful market in Ktima or any of the Paphos Museums. Coral Bay's famous sandy beach stretches in the distance just 15 minutes drive away. The location of the villas is very handy to drive to all the Paphos tourist points of interest. Paphos airport and Tsada golf course are only 25 minutes drive away.
