WINTER LET AVAILABLE! Just 5 mins from excellent sandy beaches and benefitting from an elevated position affording superb sea views, this fully furnished townhouse makes for the ideal family holiday. The historic World Heritage sites, restaurants, bars and amenities of Paphos are a short drive away and the enticing wilds of the Akamas pennisula are a 20 minute drive up the coast. Set in a quiet, pretty complex the house enjoys the use of a well maintained communal pool and scenic walks from the door step.

Large patio doors add to the light and spacious feel of the property which benefits from terraces front and rear for lounging and al fresco dining. The fantastic Mediterranean sunsets can be enjoyed from the front terraces over a glass of wine.

The Paphos region

Historic Paphos, with its archaeological gems, including the famous mosaics, the Tombs of the Kings and the picturesque harbour setting, enjoys a fabulous climate with summer temperatures reaching well into the thirties and plenty of sun. Rich in natural beauty and local attractions the area offers plenty to do - from relaxing on the sandy beaches, touring the mountain villages, enjoying the watersports and golf courses and the nightlife in Paphos town and Coral Bay.

The Chlorakas area

You will be situated just:

* 5 minutes from the excellent beaches at Coral and Coralia Bay.
* 10 minutes from the Tomb of the Kings and other world heritage sites.
* 20 minutes from Paphos International Airport
* 30 minutes from Tsada Golf Club
* 30 minutes from The Secret Valley Golf Club
* 20 minutes from Akamas* National Park
* 15 minutes from the nearest Horse Riding Stables

Additionally there are nearby facilities for both salt and freshwater fishing, walking, cycling and mountain biking, water sports and scuba diving, wine tasting, go-karting and numerous museums and historic sites to visit. It is even possible to ski in the Troodos mountains in winter!

Nearby Coral Bay is very lively with many bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. Additionally there are a number of small bars and tavernas within easy reach of the house, including the wonderful ethnic eateries in the mountain village of Kathikas. The Paphos area is excellent for walking, especially in the virtually untouched Akamas* National Park, though if you wish to travel further afield there are also many excellent walks in the nearby Troodos Mountains.

*The Akamas National Park is a protected area, of near virgin habitats and vegetation communities. Its flora is rich and varied. In spring it provides a spectacle of colours and shades of breathtaking beauty. Its coastline is still largely pristine and its littoral and marine life remain untouched by the advance of civilisation. Green turtles still nest on its beaches and the occasional Monk Seal is still sighted there.
