Patio doors from both lounge and bedroom lead onto the furnished balcony - ideal for relaxing with a cold drink from the fridge.
This fully equipped apartment is ideal for self catering or just for use as a base for you to to be catered for, as it is conveniently close, by car (plenty of parking spaces at the complex), to all amenities; shops, bars & tavernas - 2 mins, beach - 5 mins, supermarket - 5 mins.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes a sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two, a dining table and four chairs, a TV, DVD player (and several DVDs). The bedroom has twin beds, spacious fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, bedside table and lamp.
Patios doors lead off from both the lounge and bedroom onto the balcony, which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
Kitchen facilities include washing machine, clothes dryer and iron, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, a complete range of utensils and cutlery, crockery and glassware.
The fully tiled bathroom has a full width vanity unit and storage cupboards. Fittings include a bath with pressurised shower, sink and WC.
All domestic linen and towels are provided.

The Paphos region
Paphos, once the capital of ancient Cyprus, is steeped in history; starting from the fortress on the harbour, then a short walk past the many harbour-side restaurants – no, don’t pass yet, instead sit and enjoy a drink while you relax, ‘people-watch’ and soak up the atmosphere – and then onto the UNESCO World heritage Site, which includes the House of Dionysos and its wonderfully preserved mosaics, amphitheatre and archaeological discoveries. The main road to Chlorakas takes you past the entrance to the famous Tombs of the Kings – not to be missed! (But don’t forget your sun protection and a bottle of water) A short drive will take you to Aphrodites Rock where, mythology would have it, Aphrodite was born from the sea!
2 Km inland, lies Ktima (Upper) Paphos. There, you will find an abundance of shops, including the old market streets and the outdoor fruit market – full of local character!
Eating out, you can choose from many different culinary styles – Chinese, Mexican, Thai, French, Italian and, of course, Greek – go on, try a Meze!
Nightlife is as varied as the cuisine, from quiet bars to busier bar and night clubs to more ‘adult’ entertainment.
Oh, and don’t worry about the weather. With an average 340 days of sunshine a year, Cyprus is one of the warmest countries in Europe
The Chlorakas area
A short walk into main Clorakas will bring you to the traditional village where you will find a variety of bars and restaurants (we like Famagusta Tavern), banks, hairdresser, doctor and dentist and mini-markets. A 2 min. drive will take you to an excellent supermarket (Papantoniou) which is equally as good as any back home!
Within easy reach of Paphos, Coral Bay, Tala, Kissonerga and Peyia, you will never be short of choice for somewhere to eat out. Or if you prefer to eat in, take advantage of the supermarket’s offering.
